The staff members were very friendly and ready to help. We asked for more clothes hangers and they provided them. Also, they recommend us a very good restaurant nearby. The hotel is new and the room was very clean. The location is quiet and close to the city centre. Complimentary water bottles and coffee/tea machine. The hotel has some parking places and we could book one of them, which was very useful.
The room is not very big, there are no bedside tables, on one side there was a shelf and on the other side a stool serving as bedside tables. There are absolutely no hangers to hang a jacket or, in the bathroom, the towels. No place in the bathroom to put the hygiene products. We had a room at the upper floor and there was very low water pressure at the sink and shower. We stayed 3 nights and no one came to clean the room. We were provided with clean towels and toilet paper once. The breakfast is basic (not what would be expected in a 4 stars hotel) and the breakfast room very small.

Not much - probably a coffee machine available after breakfast hours will be useful.

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, free parking, check-in and check-out was fast, very good breakfast. All-in-all a perfect stay.
