Excellent location: metro is right in front, 3 grocery stores within 5 min. walking; many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Bedding : good quality mattress in both bedrooms ( one double bed 140cm width+ a single bed). Sofa bed : large but THIN mattress that don't offer much support: OK for kids and suitable for only one adult who doesn't have back issue... Bed linen : OK , in bamboo or synthetic fibres, not cotton. Kitchen : well equipped for basic cooking but not very functional due to its narrow space . Two people cannot move around freely. Salt, Coffee pods, tea bags available but limited supply of sugar. No oil, pepper or other basic spices. No paper towel provided. No exhaust fan : the food smell stays inside the apartment for a few days...( open the windows is not an option because of heat wave and inefficient air conditioning. ) Washing machine : available , good working condition . No soap provided. Cleanliness: well cleaned space: rooms, toilet and shower. Air conditioning : central , took 2 days to get to 24 C-(23.5C at night) from 25-26C C upon arrival in the apartment. Not very efficient, however, appreciated during heatwave. Soundproofing: BIG issue . Single pane old windows (fenêtres d'époque!) cannot be closed properly. Conversations in the street below + noise from garbage truck, cars( even it's located in a limited car zone) can be heard distinctly even if I wear ear plugs at night. NOT for sound sensitive people. Parking: avail., unsused
