About this house rental

Nestle into our unique barn on our rustic small farm. Untether from the fast pace of life, even with excellent transport links. Within one of our outbuildings stands the barns, next to you are the horses stables, with views over fields and surrounded by greenery. You have your own ensuite, a lovely log burner and some amenities like kettle and fridge in the room. We provide milk,  tea coffee and some nibbles for your stay. There is no TV intentionally as there is a radio, books, games and WIFI for you to enjoy your time. You have access to our outdoor kitchen if you want to cook for yourself, with fresh eggs always available. Hairdryer and clothing steamer provider.


A very warm welcome to our unique accommodation on our smallholding. Don't let the idea of being on a farm let you think you don't have all your little luxuries as you do. Designed to help you unwind, there are no TVs. There are books, board games, a radio and WIFI and outdoor seating, fire pits and BBQ's to help you enjoy the green space around you. Self-check in, guests can come and go as they please surrounded by greenery and animals, but with excellent transport links to the M1 and EMA. All shower essentials, towels and linen are provided. Access to our outdoor kitchen available should you wish to cook for yourself. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property due to our other animals.
