Location is quite central and the parking place was very nice.
It was difficult to access as I could not find out in the beginning how the codes worked.

Location was good, and parking is much better than previous experience here. The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge freezer, TV and washing machine are excellent.
Shower leaked, the ceiling in the living room was heavily stained and the couch was very uncomfortable.

It was ona very busy road and it was quite loud with traffic, the windows faced out so when they are open you are right there on the high street

The location is excellent and the apartment was very well equipped. Lovely extra touches like tea and coffee, dish soap and bathroom products just made it perfect. All instructions were also comprehensive so you knew exactly what to do.

This apartment was falsely advertised as a 6 person apartment, the listing shows 1 full and 1 queen in 1 bedroom and 2 twins in the other. In reality there is only 1 queen in the first bedroom. They also only provided us with 4 sets of towels and linens even though we booked for 6. They brought linens after we asked, but continued to be shady and not respond to queries about the space and refund. After 2 months, they still refuse to provide any sort of refund, so booking.com has told us thereās nothing they can do.
Also, be wary of the parking, we didnāt get a ticket but many did. And thereās black mold on the ceilings.

The property is very comfortable for a family of four and the en-suite for each bedroom is a big plus. The apartment is also well equipped with all necessities. Parking on site is very convenient. Property management is also very responsive and supportive.

Great location. Right next to train station and easy walking distance into town centre. Apartment had everything we needed. Easy communication pre arrival and during the stay messages checking everything was ok.
Needs some maintenance but looks like they were in the middle of doing the work.

Host Ana was very proactive and helpful in assisting with any of our queries immediately.
The car park facility is very good with ample space with secured gate.
The entrance to the apartment is also through this secured gate which gives a safer feel.
I did not receive the email instructions with the check-in details from Booking.com at the time of our check-in and hence we had to contact the host who was very kind in assisting us immediately.

Clean, everything we needed, heating, hot water, kitted out kitchen, was close to the main train station and centre of town. Check in was straightforward, no hassle deciding who gets the keys as everything was done with codes, and as we were a large group that was very convenient for us.

The bedroom of this apartment is located directly below the living space of the flat above, this caused some disruption to sleep as it was occupied

Kitchen had everything we needed.
Lounge area was a good size with comfy seating.
Car parking was great behind a security gate.
First two days there we didnt have a working TV - I personally bought new batteries and tried everything but to no avail.
I messaged the owner / manager and told them they needed a new remote - 1st day they tried new batteries even though i had told them i had been and bought some new ones. 2nd day never heard anything. 3rd day new TV which worked fine.
Pity nobody spoke to us to tell us of their plans

The apartment was in a great location near to all shops and amenities. There was everything you needed in the apartment for a short or long stay.
They could have left a inventory of some of the products that were faulty or broken. We paid a damage waiver of £150 which should be refunded after your stay. This has taken over a month for this to happen and still waiting even after contacting the apartment.
