Romantic spot in the heart of Loughborough, perfect for a relaxed weekend away.
Ben was great; really cared but kept a respectful distance. Appreciated the labelled switches, had every amenity you could imagine, the wood stove was beautiful and I love an ice machine. Very cosy with the beams and a comfy bed / weighted duvet too. Also nice to have an outdoor space!
TV couldn’t have ITVX, was a little temperamental and would often restart episodes. Place was a bit run down with rusted shower tiles, hard towels and odd furniture but this didn’t affect our overall enjoyment. I didn’t personally like being on the ground floor where I couldn’t see the front door from the bed, it took a while for the heating to initially warm up the space, the cookware / crockery could do with a bit of a refresh and the shower was small with its head not fully adjustable. All in all, these are very small details we hope Ben would appreciate in terms of improvement and we’d absolutely stay here again, as well as recommend to others.

Decent enough but pricy for a studio flat with no parking

Wasn’t under the impression this is a studio flat. Flooring needs to be redone. Needs professional redecoration.

Extremely well equipped, everything possibly needed, enclosed garden area, very comfortable beds, fresh milk in fridge and selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate supplied, great attention to detail
Only quibble is parking, not ideal, especially with lots of bags and child.
