Bed extremely uncomfortable. Second bedroom not a double as stated in listing,twin beds. Sofa not able to sit on as it was broken. Fridge and freezer not working so had to throw away nearly £50 of food.

It is about replenishment of stuff. Firstly, the washing detergent is indeed a hand soup and is only 1/3 full. This makes the washing of utensils inefficient. I did 8 nights and want to refill the washing detergent on day 4th or 5th. To my surprise, my request was rejected because the staff said they will not refill and it is my responsibility to refill at my own expenses. So, do the rubbish bag. The logic makes sense if I stay for a couple of nights. However, I stay for 8 nights in an apartment. It should at least refill once for those rubbish bags and washing detergent ! The funniest thing is that I raise the refill request of washing detergent and rubbish bag when I got a mail from the management team asking what they can do to make me feel better!

I wouldn’t stay again.

We could make our own food. The location was good for where we needed to be.

One of the chairs was broken so we couldn’t sit at the table to eat. The sofa was most uncomfortable, so we couldn’t have a relaxing night in. The plug in the sink didn’t work.

Nice Apartment Close to a Station

The property location is fantastic, very close to the station (few minutes walk) and a short walk into town. The unit itself is great, big bedroom with comfortable bed, full proper kitchen, small table, lounge and nice bathroom. While no one on site, good with communication and helping with problems.

The internet was very average. Incorrect wifi information was sent, needed to be updated - would also benefit from information inside the property. Got there a bit earlier and while room ready (informed by cleaners) I couldn’t access as the codes only started from check in time - contacted the property and was let in but just a heads up and this should be made clearer.

The apartment was conveniently close to the station and a lovely walk along the canal to the shops. It was homely and had everything one could really ask for.

The weather was unseasonally hot which made the apartment stuffy. If the blinds on the door and bedroom window worked better it would have helped but we managed by opening the door and sleeping with the fan on. All in all it wasn't a big deal.

Great apartment, great location

Ideal location to get out to Download Festival on the airport bus. Flat was great - nice comfy bed and everything we needed - tea/coffee etc. They were able to get us some extra towels dropped over. Security codes were easy to use. Louborough is nice little town to explore and this is a 5-10 minute walk from everything. Also a 5 min walk to the railway station.

Needed some very small practical things like some hooks in the bathroom for towels and a couple on the door for coats. It is on a main road so it was noisy, but I just used earplugs! One night we had very noisy neighbours but other than that we couldn't hear anyone in the adjoining apartments.

Enjoyed the 3 days away in the apartment, everything was good & will definitely come back

The room was very clean & the cleaner was a lovely lady, she went and got me more bedding and towels.. very handy that we had two fan's in apartment coz it quite warm. Also very good to have the extra items inc... washing liquid, teabags, salt, pepper & oil etc...the bed in main bedroom very comfortable. This is a lovely apartment & would definitely stay again.

Blinds was very damaged in main bedroom & let the light in... sofa bed in living room broken & not very comfortable to sit on, not alone to sleep on. No key to open back door to let some air into flat..its also a fire hazard.

Location and was self catering.

The apartment was not ready on arrival, despite it stating that it would be ready after 3pm and we arrived at 4.30pm. Was rather noise both traffic and other residence.

Conveniently situated apartment, clean & tidy

Central for town and restaurants, reserved parking spot, ground floor, so no stairs to carry luggage up, good value, comfy bed, good bathroom.

Needs a few more kitchen bits n pieces ( eg no tin opener, so no tinned toms with breakfast), no casserole type dish, and could do with a few more plates ( so you don't have to wash up between courses). Greasy marks on splashback of cooking area

Apartment stank of sewage throughout. The sofa bed was not fit for purpose - didn't open out properly and had springs poking through the surface, also no bedding was provided. The shower was dangerously hot.

Spacious, modern, clean and well equipped apartment. On a busy road but very little traffic noise. Easy check in details and all very professional.

The view over a builder's merchant's isn't the most inspiring but can't be helped. Otherwise terrific.

Very good

The flat had everything needed for living there for a few days and it was very clean everywhere.

The mattress was too soft (however, this is a personal preference). The bedroom's window looks on the main road and the cars' noise woke me up at 6 am every day. It took a while to adjust the bedroom blinds (which tend to leave gaps in between) so people from the street would not see inside the bedroom. The WiFi did did not work well in the kitchen but was fine in the bedroom.
