You could tell the place was kept to clean standard. There was no where I could see that it needed a deeper dusting. Very spacious rooms. They even left us a fan considering the heat this summer. The cleaning items in the kitchen (like sponges, cloths) we also new ones which showed they kept cleanliness as being key.
All of the windows were open on arrival and as I arrived quite late in the evening it meant needed to go round closing them all to feel more secure. Assume that's why I had a few spiders to deal with. Only other confusion was the shower. There were 2 and it wasn't clear which one was OK to use but realised one wasn't working so nothing major.

Easy access, great communication with owner, easy to travel to Castle Donington and the property had all we needed. Lovely living room with tv, double room with mirror/chair and kitchen had all you needed.
Unfortunately the sofa bed was not very comfortable with the centre having the main frame of wood running through it so you had to lay tight against wall or to the front edge, perhaps another duvet to lay on would help, however double bed was extremely comfortable!
