A truly wonderful apartment in the most superb location, right in the main square in front of the lake. The icing on the cake being the sunny roof terrace with a stunning views over the lake. Philippa and Max have thought of everything and the apartment is well equipped and peaceful. I highly recommend eating at the restaurants just below but Orta has many. Also a ten minute walk and you can be swimming in crystal clear waters.

Lovely location, looking out over the lake towards the island, and right on the main square! The apartment was comfortable and had all we needed, but the location was the best thing!!
There was a gas smell on the stairs but it wasn't a problem once you shut the apartment door.

The location is super central, the view is stunning, the decor was nice, the bed was comfy, the shower was large and had great water pressure, the host provided info on local restaurants, as well as other tourist information, and there was an easy-to-use washing machine and a drying rack.
Because it’s so central, you have to park a little ways away, and carry your baggage in and then up the stairs. Doable, but defo sweat-inducing in this heat (90s F/30s C). The location and views are worth it, though.

Fantastische locatie, schoon appartement en een geweldig dakterras! Boven een restaurant, maar daar had je geen last van! Het uitzicht was geweldig!!
Het bed lag heerlijk, maar was iets te laag voor ons. (65 plus)
