Nicolò is a wonderful host. He goes the extra mile to make his guests stay a memorable experience. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. It also has a small terrace. Although it is located right in the historic center it is very quiet. We very much apreciated the free and secure parking. We will certainly return there if we visit the area again.

What a beautiful place to stay in, absolutely clean, comfortable, well fitted out and the host is exceptionally good, knowledgeable, booked restaurants for us, helped with baggage, picked us up and drove us back to the station, nothing was too much trouble for Nic, I wish there was a 12 out of 10 button… wonderful accommodation

Excellent stay in a historic house at the heart of Orta

Beautiful historic house a few steps away from the main square in Orta. Spotlessly clean and with lovely features such as beach towels. There was an excellent pamphlet written by the owner with suggestions of things to do; so you can just turn up unprepared ! The balcony is very cute, and relaxing. Finally, the area and the property is very safe for anyone travelling alone

Prrfect place for stay on Orta lake, close to Magire and Como. House with a soul.

Everything! Very, very clean, comfortable, excellent location, well equipped even for longer stay, nice furniture. Cute sunny balcony and beautiful garden. We would rate both accommodation and host with 12 out of 10, and we are the frequent travelers. Our host was helpful with everything, welcoming us with a help around the luggage, giving us good proposals where to go, what to visit, even where to park a car for free. Thank you Nicolo once again😊 for everything.

Cosy and nice place

everything was perfect, the location, parking very close to the room. All services are included even the most unlikely, like beach towels, umbrellas... Nicolo is very available but also very discreet if you do not ask him anything. Go to casa Longhi, it s the best deal you can have in Orta San Giulio.

Everything. Charming and very thoughtfully decorated, with attention to details like good lighting in the bathroom, clothespins to hang laundry. Our host, Nicolò, was very helpful and provided local know how. The small balcony was perfect for breakfast or evening wine & snacks. The location was just steps away from the main plaza, yet it was very quiet.

This gorgeous little studio apartment was everything that we required for a 4 day visit to beautiful Lake Orta . We enjoyed the little garden for an evening drink & the proximity to the village & restaurants. Nicolo is a wonderful host who was close by & gave us recommendations for restaurants & also booked them for us …… a great help when there is a language barrier . He also met us at the train station & took us back when we were leaving . This extra hospitality was greatly appreciated.

This is a beautiful place to stay right in the centre of Orta San Giulio. It is extremely well appointed and is very comfortable and quiet. Nicolo is an exceptional host answering all our questions and ensuring our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect house

The house was very nice, having everything you needed and perfectly located in the old town. Lovely inside and outside with a small garden. The owner was very helpful and was there for you when you needed something. We will definitely rent it again.

Great host, awesome place, we had a picnic on balcony, host came to meet us, nice free parking in walking distance. Everything was top class, like in 5 stars hotel rather then rental. Highly recommended.

Fabulous!!

Nicolò is a wonderful host! We stayed 3 nights. Wonderful feeling of peace when in his apartment. Bedding so comfortable and everything pristine clean. If wanting to eat in, everything you would need (we ate out). There is a credenza full of information on the history of the building and what to see and do and a local map of Orta San Giulia. Perfect 5 star gem we fell in love

Wow, everything about our stay was 5 star. We fell in love with Nicolò's gorgeous place. This gem has been the best accommodation we have stayed in. Gorgeous old building, so beautifully renovated and decorated, new kitchen with everything you need if cooking. Spotlessly clean and quiet. Gorgeous little verandah off bedroom, great spot for evening drink or morning coffee. Comfy bed. The attention and pride Nicole puts into not only providing fantastic accommodation but ensuring as guests we were welcomed and had everything we needed we say thankyou. We were sad to leave, we wished we'd stayed longer. Location was also so close to main square.

Come essere a casa 🏠 struttura bellissima, dotata di ogni confort. Posizione centralissima. Parcheggio comodo vicino all'abitazione. Nicolò è stato veramente super gentile e disponibile, dall'aiutarci con i bagagli (con una bambina di 5 mesi ne abbiamo portata di roba 😅) a fornirci informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Entrati nell'abitazione, oltre ad un bel messaggio di benvenuto, abbiamo trovato acqua a nostra disposizione e un sacchettino con dei buonissimi dolcetti 🥰 la disponibilità di Nicolò ha reso ancora più magico il nostro soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente la sua struttura per la cura nei dettaglia e l'amore che mette nel rendere tutto speciale. Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Très bel établissement idéalement situé au bord du lac d’Orta Le propriétaire est aux petits soins disponible et attentif L’accueil est au top Le parking sécurisé à 3 minutes du logement est un vrai + surtout dans le secteur l’été j’imagine. je recommande les yeux fermés. La scelta migliore a Orta

Nicolò è un gestore eccezionalmente gentile, premuroso e attento. Da prima del check-in fino al check-out abbiamo riscontrato massima disponibilità e attenzione alle esigenze, mai invadenza. La casa è in una posizione ottimale nel centro del borgo, è accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Ampi spazi, letto comodo, cucina pratica e accessoriata, caffè buono… che altro dire? Ci torneremo e magari più di una notte.

Sicuramente una gradevole esperienza che mi sento di consigliare caldamente.

L'host, Nicolò, è una persona veramente premurosa e disponibile. Il servizio di parcheggio privato offerto è veramente a pochi metri dall'abitazione, così come la vicinanza al centro del paese. La casina l'ho trovata deliziosa, una piccola dimora storica sapientemente recuperata a mio avviso, completa di tutto. Bellissimo il balconcino in camera da letto che affaccia sul cortiletto interno e da cui si possono ammirare le bellissime abitazioni vicine. Sebbene il soggiorno sia stato di una sola notte devo dire che ha superato tutte le aspettative.

Se proprio dovessi trovare dei difetti, la scala interna: avevo già letto che fosse piuttosto stretta e ripida ed effetivamente lo è; peccato perchè è in ferro e molto piacevole alla vista, ma ritengo sia stata una scelta obbligata per distribuire al meglio gli spazi. Infine due note puramente soggettive, la cucina, molto recente, ma non in linea con la storicità del contesto, né moderna/industrial e il materasso del letto forse troppo rigido. Nulla che abbia inficiato il soggiorno.

Soggiorno breve ma intenso!

La posizione è centrale rispetto a Orta e comodissima per visitare l'Isola di San Giulio. Le foto della struttura non la descrivono appieno in quanto è decisamente più bella di quanto ci si possa aspettare dalle foto. Il gestore Nicolo' semplicemente squisito. Di una disponibilità, presenza e precisione viste solo in un hotel 5 stelle. Se dovessi ritornare a Orta certamente replicherei il mio soggiorno.

Il mio soggiorno a Casa Longhi è stato semplicemente perfetto! La posizione è fantastica: nel cuore di Orta San Giulio, a due passi dal lago e dalla piazza, ma in una via silenziosa che garantisce pace e relax. L’appartamento è curatissimo, pulito in modo impeccabile e arredato con grande gusto, un equilibrio perfetto tra fascino storico e comfort moderno. Ho apprezzato molto la cucina super accessoriata e il piccolo balcone dove gustare un caffè al mattino. Il Wi-Fi è veloce e c’è anche un comodo parcheggio gratuito vicino. Nicolò, l’host, è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, con ottimi consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Si percepisce quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti. In sintesi, Casa Longhi è una piccola perla a Orta San Giulio: accogliente, autentica e con un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!

Urlaub machen wie ein Einheimischer - mitten im wunderschönen Orta San Guilio und doch ruhig.

Fantastische Lage im Herzen von Orta San Giulio, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Durch einen gepflegten Eingang gelangt man zur Wohnung. Alles tip-top sauber. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich gleich beim Betreten wie Zuhause. Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenster. Der Balkon im ersten Stock bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit zum ruhigen Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber Nicolò war perfekt, Check-Inn und Check-Out unkompliziert. Leider habe ich nur eine Nacht im Casa Longhi verbracht. Gerne bleibe ich bei einem zukünftigen Besuch länger.

L'appartamento si trova in centro e abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di sfruttare anche il comodo parcheggio (coperto) messo a disposizione dal proprietario. L'appartamento è pulito e davvero molto gradevole, ottimale sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni. Nota di merito la disponibilità del proprietario. Consigliamo fortemente di soggiornare in questa struttura.

Casa Longhi ist ein gemütlicher, ruhiger Ort inmitten des Trubels von Orta San Giulio.

Nicolò unser Vermieter ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, angenehmer Mensch. Er hat uns am Parkhaus abgeholt und geholfen das Gepäck ins Haus zu bringen. Es gibt eine ausführliche Broschüre- auch auf Deutsch - mit sehr viel nützlicher Information zum Ort und der Umgebung. Nicolò hat zusätzliche Tipps gegeben und uns zweimal einen Tisch in der einem guten Restaurant reserviert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk etwas eng aber sehr schön. Die Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Man ist in einer Minute am Hauptplatz und am See und trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig. Leider waren wir nur zwei Tage da. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Andra året vi bodde på Casa Longi. Fenna gång stannade vi 4 nätter. Fantastisk lägenhet! Välstädad, hemtrevlig inredning. Nicolò är en fantastisk värd! Boendet ligger mitt i centrum, på en tvärgata. Supertyst och lugnt. Liten trädgård på privat innergård. Även egen balkong. Man blir inte besviken!

Die Casa Longhi ist wunderschön, an bester Lage im malerischen Orta San Giulio gelegen. Nicolò ist ein zuvorkommender, aufmerksamer Gastgeber mit persönlichen Tipps. Da ich einen runden Geburtstag feierte, hat er bei Ankunft eine Überraschung in der Unterkunft platziert. Danke! Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon. Die Casa Longhi ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details.

Excellente adresse dans un village tout aussi agréable

Belle maison restaurée de la fin du moyen âge idéalement située dans Orta San Giulio. Très calme sur 2 niveaux, cuisine si besoin. Parking compris dans le prix avec un hôte très sympathique et serviable pour nous avoir déposés en voiture du parking à la maison. Probablement le meilleur endroit dans notre roadtrip sur les lacs.
