Pour nous, arrivant en train, il est très confortable d'être si près de la gare d'Orta et en même temps pas trop loin du centre. En plus, étant deux familles, nous avons apprécié les deux appartements avec les deux terrasses juste à côté pour prendre l'apéritif. La cuisine et les salles de bains sont bien équipées et confortables. En outre, les enfants (4 garçons) ont bien estimé la piscine! Molto grazie a Paolo e a Enrica !

Rien ! (Les duvets manquant du canapé-lit pour les garçons ont été tout de suite livrés - merci !)

Wir würden wieder kommen

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles an Ausstattung was man braucht. Man hat einen eigenen Garten und vorne einen schönen Pool mit Sitzgelegenheiten, der täglich gereinigt wird. Alles ist sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus und ausreichend groß.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Paolo empfangen, die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert, sehr ruhige Lage, gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool

Die Bettenlänge ist für Körpergröße 186 cm sehr knapp, ebenso könnte das Bett insgesamt breiter sein, die Matratzen waren gut, aber eher hart.

Einfach nur zauberhaft

Unser Aufenthalt im Le Casette Apartment war sehr sehr schön. Das Apartment ist modern, schön und sehr sauber. Man merkt anhand der vielen liebevollen Kleinigkeiten dass sich die Eigentümer wirklich Gedanken machen, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung ist neu und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool, welcher nur für diese 4 Apartments besteht ist wunderschön ruhig und reicht vollkommen aus. Außerdem steht jedem Apartment ein privater Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus zur Verfügung. Der Emailkontakt vorab und die persönliche Begrüßung waren sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Ein Spaziergang zur Piazza Motta in Orta San Giulio ist zu Fuß sehr zu empfehlen oder auch ein Marktbesuch mit dem Auto z.B. nach Arona (großer kostenloser Parkplatz) am Lago Maggiore. Das Apartment im EG ist tatsächlich barrierearm und mit Handicap definitiv gut zu meistern. Das war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort :-)

בעל הצימר יצר איתנו קשר מראש, שאל שעת הגעה וחיכה לנו בחוץ על מנת להסביר ולהראות הכל במקום. דירה עם טרסה, מאוד נקי, הכל חדש, כולל כלי מטבח. בעל המקום היה זמין במיידי בווטצאפ. בריכה חיצונית, משותפת לכל האורחים כולל מקומות ישיבה. מקום נוח למטיילים עם רכב

היו חסרים כמה מצרכים בסיסיים כמו סבון לגוף, מלח במטבח, פנינו לבעל המקום והוא המליץ על הסופר הקרוב

siamo tornati per il secondo anno, e torneremo: il posto è stupendo, i dintorni incantevoli, e la struttura fantastica, appartamento pulito, comodo, dotato di tutto per vivere in relax la vacanza, fra piscina, lago e panorami.

Fraaie appartement met fijn zwembad op loopafstand van Orta San Giulia

Heerlijke accommodatie voor een verblijf in de buurt van het schitterende Lago d'Orta. Het appartement is nieuw of zeer recent gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op afgesproken tijdstip worden we verwelkomd en krijgen uitleg en de sleutel. Het huisje ziet er uitstekend zijn en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden liggen heerlijk, de slaapbank voor de jeugd is oké. Badkamer ruim en fijn. Achter het huisje een eigen tuintje/ terras, waar het enige minpunt is dat we lek geprikt worden door de muggen. Aan de voorkant het zwembad, klein maar zeer fijn, inclusief de ligstoelen. Om de hoek is een gezellige cafeetje, het centrum van Orta San Giulio is een kwartiertje lopen.

Keukengerei voldoende, maar niet heel uitgebreid. Kleinigheidje.

La dolce vita, authentiek in een prachtig Italiaans stadje

Een prachtig, modern en comfortabel appartement, op een rustige locatie, net buiten Orta san Guillio aan de voet van de mottarone, met uitzicht op de bergen, een heerlijk zwembad met fijne strandstoelen, omgeven met oleanders en wijnranken. Op en top la dolce vita

Perfekt!

Alles was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen. Der Fußweg nach Orta ist etwas „gefährlich“, da es keinen Fußgängerweg gibt. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte dort. Pool und Wohnung ist großartig und auch dass es im Haus Salz und Olivenöl gab. Herzlichen Dank

Fantastisch!

Het appartement was perfect in orde en super proper. De keuken was voorzien met een zeer grote oven waarvan we veel gebruik hebben gemaakt, ook was er een gasfornuis aanwezig met 4 pitten, heel handig om zelf te koken. Het zwembad was ook een pluspunt en deze werd met de tuin netjes onderhouden. De host kwam ons de sleutels brengen en de communicatie met hun verliep top!

Consigliatissimo!!!!

Era tutto perfetto. Appartamento pulito, funzionale, molto ben arredato e corredato, accogliente. Bagno ampio, moderno, con bellissima doccia. Aria condizionata sia in soggiorno che in camera. La piscina non tanto grande ma per servire 4 appartamenti va benissimo. Sdraio a disposizione. Parcheggio privato. Stazione a due passi. Orta a 15-20 minuti a piedi.

Avrei preferito a bordo piscina dei lettini al posto delle sdraio. Ma non si può avere tutto...

Das Apartment wahr sehr neu und sehr sauber. Wir hatten super Betten. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und eingeführt. Bei einem kleinem Problem im Bad war der Gastgeber sofort vor Ort. Das Problem wurde umgehend erledigt. Besser kann es nicht laufen.

Herzlicher Empfang von Beppe, dem äusserst hilfsbereiten und sprachgewandten Gastgeber. Tolles neues Appartement, top sauber, in ruhiger Lage in dem es an nichts fehlt. Feiner Pool im gepflegten Garten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. 15-20Gehminunten ins nette Ortszentrum. Bäckerei/Gelateria 7Min. Gehminuten entfernt.
