Beautiful place great location

Fantastic location and outlook, with extremely basic accommodation

INCREDIBLE VIEWS, PERFECT LOCATION, BRILLIANT STAFF (STEFANO) Stefano was extremely Kind, helpful and arranged a lift to the station. The view from the double aspect windows IS INCREDIBLE. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and perfect mattress.

The TINY SHOWER is genuinely too small to wash properly, the very basic furniture could do with an upgrade, worse of all was a constant stagnant drain smell in the stairwell, (NOT in the room), which made leaving and entering the building and walking up to the 2nd floor while trying to hold your breath and open the door, a very unpleasant experience. The smell DID NOT affect the room or we we would have left. Not a place to stay if you want peace and quiet, or comfort, - however the views are amazing!

The entrance is a bit dank and smelly because of the damp but it’s all part of the experience! Certainly wasn’t put off by this tho’

Stunning

The location was stunning. The rooms were filled with light. All windows and balcony have a view of the lake and beautiful island. Rooms are very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Private parking was great and very close by. We have nothing to complain about just a wonderful place to stay.

Affordable and convenient, great location.

Fantastic host and communication from him. Very friendly and very helpful, he had lots of great local tips. Location is great, lots of fantastic restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

The furniture and the whole apartment is very basic, very cheap IKEA furniture which was a shame as it's in a beautiful setting but not very local/italian inside. Quite 'studenty' and cheap looking. The bathroom is very old and the shower is TINY.
