The apartment is in the best location with beautiful views

It didn't bother us but you need to be prepared for 3 flights of stairs and a walk with luggage from the garage. Stefano was there to help both ways however.

Postcard view, awesome host!

Excellent location right in the heart of Orta San Giulio with an amazing host, Stefano. We loved the views over the lake and the space worked well for 3 of us. The town itself is so welcoming. Lots of places to swim in the lake near to the apartment. The beds were super comfy, plenty of storage, aircon, plus a shower with good pressure.

Stairs could be a challenge for some but fine for us. It's worth the stairs to get the great views!

Sublime location directly on the Orta lakefront

Our stay in beautiful Orta San Giulio was complemented perfectly by our accommodation, Appartamento Belevedere. Situated on the top (floor 4th Italian floor) of a former lakeside palace the views from the four windows were sublime - two facing the main square, Piazza Mario Motta, and the ferry jetties and two looking out across Lake Orta towards Isola Di San Giulio. Watching the changing moods of the lake and the Isola from our elevated position throughout our stay was a delight, as was seemingly having the town to ourselves after the daily influx of visitors had left. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and well set up for self catering. Host Stefano is an excellent communicator and was very helpful with making suggestions about the town and surrounds and in enabling us to park our car securely (and without additional charge).

There is no lift in the Orta Flats buildings, just quite a lot of steps, so accessing any of the six Orta Flats on the 3rd and 4th floors may be a challenge for some. Grocery shopping within Orto San Giulio is limited, and the nearest supermarket is at Pettanesco, 6km further along the lake.

Wonderful stay and planning to come back!

Unbeatable location and view in Orta. Apartment has everything you need. Stefano responded very quickly to any request we had. As we were traveling by traveling by train he was so kind to pick us up and drop us off at the station which is a good 25 min walk away.

The flat is brilliant - it's really large, has two seperate rooms if you are using the sofa bed, and a very large living/dining room and bathroom. The views are unbelievable and the location is perfect

Amazing view

We took this apartment for the view and it was AMAZING! The position is FANTASTIC and also the fact that it is a storic building so we could feel like in antient times! Very cleaned place with good equipment inside, owner very kind and nice, flexible. I recommend it!

Blev mötta av vår värd på anvisad säker parkering. Riktigt bra. Läget är perfekt. Precis intill torget i Orta. Ett stenkast från alla cafèer och restauranger. Smidig ut och incheckning. Stefano var en mycket bra värd.
