Beautiful view and great location!

The apartment is located on the main square, right next to the lake and across from a small island. In the same building on the ground floor there is also a restaurant with a view of the lake, open all day. The friendly host met us at the parking place and escorted us to the apartment, he gave us all the useful instructions for staying in the town. The apartment is well equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a stay and the heating was great!

Small basic flat in a fab location but not for the less agile.

Fantastic location right on the lake and the main square. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Comfy bed. Owner was very contactable and kindly met us at the car park to help with our luggage.

Basic facilities. The view of the lake was good but only side on and as the fly screens were up it was not easy to sit and look out with our drinks. The flat is at the top of the building. Access entails climbing 3 flights of dark (no windows and timed lighting), stone steps which was a wee bit hazardous.

Perfect location, newly renovated, clean apartment on the main square. Private parking near to the apartment. Really nice host!

Need to keep windows shut at night to keep the noise out. On the ground floor is a restaurant and when it rains cockroaches come out and the smell in the stairway isn’t great. However the apartment is on the top floor, no funky smell in the apartment and no cockroaches were to be found there :)

The perfect place to stay in Orta San Giulio

Perfect location, right in the middle of the piazza and all the restaurants, bars and shops. Even better than the photos depicted. Stefano is an incredible host and provided very helpful instructions to arrive and also tips and suggestions during our stay. I highly recommend staying at OrtaFlats when in Orta San Giulio.

Everything was great. The only slight negative for us was hauling our luggage from the designated parking because we had too much luggage. The designated parking is perfect though, so with lighter luggage it would be a breeze. Parking in Orta San Giulio is not easy so having your own private parking garage is a huge bonus.

The location of the appartment Imbarcadero is fantastic with view on the square and the lake. The room is simple but fine and clean. Stefano responds very quickly on Whatsapp and communication went very well during our stay.

Superb

Very punctual in meeting and coordinating parking/ key pickup which was really appreciated. The apartment is right in the center and within walking distance of everything in town. The host gave us great food recommendations and it was a lovely apartment just to relax fir a few days in.

No mirror other than the one in the bathroom but other than that, apartment was great! :)

Séjour magnifique dans un lieu superbe!

Hôte très serviable, très disponible qui nous a donné des conseils de restaurants, promenades, lieux à voir. L'appartement est très lumineux et la vue sur le lac est splendide. Très bonne literie. La ville piétonne est magnifique avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité. Le garage sécurisé pour la voiture est un plus très apprécié.

Quattro piacevoli giornate a Orta San Giulio

L'alloggio è in pieno centro storico di Orta, vicinissimo all'imbarcadero, ai ristoranti e a tutte le principali attrazioni. E' ben ristrutturato, pulito e decisamente confortevole. Il proprietario è gentile ed estremamente disponibile. Ulteriore punto a favore è la presenza di un box auto, incluso nel prezzo, situato a brevissima distanza a piedi dall'appartamento.

L'alloggio è situato al terzo piano di un palazzo storico, senza ascensore. La caratteristica ci è stata ben chiarita all'atto della prenotazione e per noi non ha rappresentato un problema, ma la segnalo comunque come punto di attenzione per chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale.

Super netter Gastgeber mit Präsenz vor Ort in direkter Nachbarschaft. Persönliche und sehr herzliche Betreuung. Immer erreichbar. Lage direkt am See. Parkgarage mit top Erklärung fussläufig erreichbar ohne Zusatzkosten.

Nachts hätte es ruhiger sein können. Keine Badestrände am Ort zum schwimmen.

Tolle Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage. Jederzeit wieder!

Super eingerichtete und ordentliche Unterkunft in bester Lage in dem überschaubaren Ort Orta san Giulio. Nachdem man Abends in einem der Restaurants oder Bars ausklingen hat lassen musste man nur wenige Schritte gehen um ins Bett zu fallen :) Gerne wieder!
