Beach Place Hout Bay is a modern luxury Townhouse situated on a security estate alongside the beach of Hout Bay. With wonderful sea and mountains views. Sleeps up to 8.
Fully equipped for short or longer self catering stays.
Direct access to beach via internal estate gate.
The first level has two bedrooms, each with two single beds (can be made as king beds). These bedrooms share a bathroom with massage showers, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rails.
There are marble floors throughout the Townhouse. Modern fully equipped open plan kitchen with quality crockery and kitchen ware. Large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The kitchen leads into the bright dining area and to one of the outside entertainment areas. This outside area with a sparkling solar heated splash pool (not fenced, neither netted), wooden sundeck and loungers, build in BBQ and dining table.
On the second level you find the light & bright lounge area with adjacent balcony facing the dunes, beach and sea. Comfortable sofa's in the spacious upstairs lounge with flat screen smart TV and DVD player. ADSL uncapped internet and more extras like a wood burner (winter times) plus a Grand Piano!
On this same second level is the upstairs main bedroom with a private balcony, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double wash basin, bath and heated towel rails.
An additional fourth bedroom (studio) on ground level with private entrance. By means of stairs entrance to the main house.
Fourth bedroom equipped with queen size bed, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Furthermore a work desk, dining table for 2, kitchenette with fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Private outside area with two barstools.
Two secure parking bays behind remote controlled gate. Large communal pool in the complex.
Beach Place is centrally located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Direct access to the beach of Hout Bay.

This beautiful house made our stay in Cape Town memorable. Location by the beach was perfect. House has a fantastic sea view and table Mountain View. Every morning had a lovely walk to along the beach for morning coffee. We all had a fabulous time, we made exceptionally wonderful memories. Thank you Anita for letting us stay.
