A spacious family home offering everything a family wants for a break away in South Africa. This home offers 4large bedrooms, double beds in all rooms sleeping up to 8 people. 2 Bathrooms of which one en-suite to the main bedroom. 2Lounges offer 2tvs with separate cable(DSTV) installed. Upstairs lounge connected to an enclosed porch where children can play.
A fully equipped kitchen with all amenities included to make for a care free holiday, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier.
Outside is a larger than average property fully secured with a heated pool, jungle gym, swings and trampoline for the kids to entertain themselves. Two braai areas (barbecue) to be able to cook food in the comfort of your own home outdoors. Secure parking area inside a gate allows for safe entrance in and out of the property. All and all this is a lovely central home in a prime area of the Southern Suburbs in Cape Town, close to beautiful beaches, Noordhoek, Fishhoek & Houtbay. A large shopping complex less than 2km away. Included in the house is the opportunity for a deepsea fishing experience with a deep sea fishing charter Heliox, as part of this property. The owner is the skipper and can take out 6 fisherman at a time during your stay in Rubyway, to see if you can land a Yellow Fin Tuna or other deepwater species swimming around the beautifull Cape Point.
