Lovely lodge set on a beautiful site with woodlands and fishing lakes. There is an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a restaurant, and a bar on site.. All on the Ground Floor:

Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable and well appointed for visiting all the local area. We'll equipped but could do with a tea towel as there being only two of us we didn't use dishwasher so there was nothing to dry dishes.

We had a problem with the key holder but it was very quickly rectified by the owner which was appreciated. The accommodation was very nice but the only problem was the kitchen was very under equipped with basic things like jug, teapot, anything to roast/ casserole in the oven and no tea towel. The toilet seat was broken in the en- suite too. Apart from these minor things we had a nice time and would go again.

A lovely well equipped, clean, modern static with excellent heating, showers, large range cooker, American style fridge freezer, wine chiller, kitchen island, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery you could ever need, nice decking area with table and chairs, flatscreen tv, fast and stable WiFi, towels and comfy clean bedding basically everything you need for a nice relaxing getaway. Local town Saxmundham has a good range of takeaways and shops Waitrose and Tesco are a good size with plenty of range. I look forward to staying again in the future.
