Location to beach just a stones throw away. Nice balcony to sit out on. Comfy seating throughout living area. Nice Oven and fridge freezer. 2 Toilets one with shower was very nice.
The only thing we didn't like (and this is not aimed at the owners) was the noise from motorbike racers tearing up and down the roadway to the docks area at night, this would go on for hours, so the location of the caravan was very close to this annoying habit.

Nice caravan, stayed twice now and have a lovely restful time. Ideally situated 5 minutes from the beach, and Felixstowe docks. All you could want is provided in the van.
The smell from the bedroom toilet, drainage problem.
