Wonderful Place!

A very spacious and cosy accommodation, also providing an outdoor seating area for the hot days that we had during our stay. A beautiful area and a short walk down to the beach makes it a wonderful stay!

We wanted to cook our own food and there was sadly no measuring scales or jug for us to use. In the master bedroom there is sadly no curtain just a blind resulting in the sunlight causing early wake ups (bring an eye mask if this is an issue).

A brilliant family stay in a lovely homely mews house.

There was plenty of room for a family of four. The house felt spacious, clean and tidy. The location was brilliant - in a quiet mews just a short stroll to the high street and the seafront. It was lovely to wake up to see and hear the sea out of the bedroom window.

Felixstowe short break

Really great location, near to the beach for walks and Clifftop Cafe (a must). Also short walk to the main shopping street, which is vibrant and mainly independent rather than the chain stores everywhere else, even though there are staple shops as expected. Really good cafes and restaurants, again independent so great to see a town that can thrive.

Lovely location and the property was furnished beautifully. It had all kitchen essentials, just like being at home! Friendly and helpful neighbours.

Fantastic Relaxing Coastal New Year Break

Fantastic relaxing break. Just what we needed after a hectic Christmas. Owner of the property was very helpful and very friendly. The location of the property was perfect for us. Even Felixstowe docks was a bit magical with all the huge cranes lifting the massive containers and then seeing them flying through the air getting ready to be loaded onto the big lorries! The Mews was so close to the sea front and the town centre. Lots of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. So cosy and warm in the property when coming home after a long walk along the sea front, which we really loved to do. We shall be going back. Thank You Karen.
