Lovely little holiday rental an easy walk from Felixstowe beach and spa gardens. Very clean and welcoming. Lots of facilities. Room for four and our pet dog. The property is small but has everything you need. Wifi was very useful and it was great to have a bathroom and separate downstairs WC. Helpful to have a parking space on site.
The bathroom needs some attention (broken plug and shower hose switch) and there were no teabags in the kitchen, although there was coffee. We would also have appreciated a new washing up sponge. One lightbulb in the main bedroom needed replacing. We all felt the beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows are on the soft side.
