Easy to access, great location and value for money. Beds were really comfortable. Caravan has everything you need and more. Love the veranda as well nice to have your morning coffee on there.

It had everything you needed and offered a great living space for a short visit to Felixstowe. The location was quiet and easy walking distance to the town. Thought and care has gone in to the detail and communication was excellent.

The caravan is located just 2 mins walk from the entrance and site office. It featured an
outside decked seating area with furniture, where there’s sun all morning. It boasts a nice powerful shower and linen / towels were provided. The TV wasn’t smart but there was a DVD player had we wished to watch a film. Communication with the owner was easy. Overall, it was good value.
Unfortunately, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. The leg is coming away from the frame so we were frightened of it collapsing overnight. Turning the mattress made no difference so we used the quilt from the spare room underneath us. The flannelette under-sheet was bobbly and needed replacing too. If the bed frame/mattress is replaced we would stay again.
