This property was in a perfect location for accessing Felixstowe Beach and the town. It was also close to a range of shops, including Lidl and other essential facilities. The caravan was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Kitchen was fully equipped. It was a great location if you like the Felixstowe Port and surrounding area. The gas fire was was great as it was very cold when we stayed.
The mattress and bed sheets were old and bobbly/rough and could do with upgrading.

Close to the sea front, a lovely walk up the pier. The decking, along with the furniture provided, was our favourite part of the stay, great for sitting out and relaxing. Excellent communication with a friendly attitude from Tracey, thanks for a great stay. WIFI worked well, comfortable beds Would certainly consider booking again, hence 9/10 score.
Only slight issues which didn't bother our stay. There was no signal for the TV. This was not a problem for us, and so we didn't feel the need to contact the host. There were quite a few items in the main bedroom wardrobe, not sure needed to be there. Cleanliness was generally very good but not perfect,

Perfect location for us as like to visit the languard/port area as well as the beach and seafront in Felixstowe. Communication from start to finish was excellent with Tracey responding quickly to questions I had. Caravan is comfy with everything we needed for our break, sun all day on the outside seating area, spotlessly clean throughout and with towels and bedding provided. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying at Suffolk sands or the area.

The caravan is spacious and well appointed. It's only a stones throw from the beach with ample parking.
The open plan kitchen/living has everything you need including a great coffee machine (most important for me!)
The decking is a nice, reasonably private place to sit. It's south facing so gets the sun all day in June.
Overall it's perfect for a week or two by the seaside. I would definitely go again.
Nothing bad, I just didn't like the bedlinen. The sheet was too fluffy for really hot weather. I slept on top of the duvet with my big sarong as a cover. It didn't affect our stay but I would take a flat, cotton sheet next time.

Great location, easy access to nature reserve and lovely walk to Felixstowe center too. Tge docks are fascinating, definitely worth a walk around the coast path to have a look.......you can hear the work going on but not intrusive. Great communication throughout and good information book in the caravan. Well kept holiday park, was very peaceful for the 3 days were there. Kitchen well equipped and lovely to have the decking with table and chairs as well.

Lovely, spacious, well appointed holiday home. Bright, fresh and cheerful. Good shower with easy temperature control. Quiet, well maintained holiday park right next to the sea and nature reserve. Great walks to the town and port ends of the beach. Very exciting to watch HUGE cargo ships being escorted into port and turned 180 degrees before mooring!
It was pretty faultless really. A couple of tips though... Maybe good to know which side of the home you should park (veranda or non-veranda side). And to be instructed that there are TWO heating controls to operate for heat, including the timer. We didn't work this out until the morning if day 2.

The caravan felt so homely which was so appreciated having a mini break with young children. It was lovely that there were little touches like board games, colouring pencils, coffee machine and cafetiere, soap and washing up liquid, etc. The host was really kind and friendly and willing to answer our questions via email when we arrived. The location is near an industrial area but you really don't notice it at all, and the caravan park was so peaceful and quiet, and so close to the promenade and main pier which again was fantastic for our short stay with young kids.
The caravan looks like an older model. As long as people don't mind this, we didn't find any faults. The only thing to note is that we had to put away some items that were a bit dangerous for our toddler like some chairs, stools and homewares but there was plenty of space to pack things away safely in the wardrobe.

There were many thoughtful details. It was clean and well managed. The host was responsive and helpful.
Only keep in mind parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle.

It is a lovely site, we have stayed there several times now. It is close to the beach and town, much to explore and good walking routes very close by.
The docks were particularly noisy at night.

great communication from Tracey the host from the minute I made the booking making sure we had everything ready for arrival, facilities were great including free Wi-Fi with easy access to the relevant details to log on, she supplied us with a list of local amenities and takeaways, how far it was to the beach, town etc. Thanks again for the use of your caravan and if I am visiting the area again I will definitely be in touch.
I can't fault my stay here

Very clean and the single beds were comfortable. There was an amazing aray of kitchen equipment, everything you could possibly need.lovely walks over the nature reserve.
No site facilities apart from children's play area and laundrette and the double bed should definitely be replaced.

This is a nice caravan, comfortable with everything you need to live.
The property was fine, the location/time of year was more of an issue as the seafront was mostly under construction or closed and with no entertainment on the park itself there isn’t much for children to do.
