Great Stay - Again!

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! Janice has thought of everything one could need. Booked the accommodation for my mum for a week, to attend a family wedding, and she absolutely loved her stay. Have already recommended to another family member! Janice is a fantastic host with excellent communication and helpful tips. Thank you!

A wonderful place to comfortably relax and the perfect location to explore Felixstowe and beyond.
We chose this property primarily due to its location, close to Felixstowe town centre. We stayed at The Annexe for two weeks and could not have been happier. The Annexe far exceeded our expectations, was equipped with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and a real home from home. Our host Jan was very helpful, friendly, available but never intrusive. Pre-booking communication was excellent. We shall absolutely be returning again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Another Wonderful Stay in The Annexe.
Another wonderful stay in this lovely comfortable Annexe. Fantastic hosts are there if you need them but are also discreet and give you lots of privacy. It's so clean on arrival and you are given so many extras. You immediately feel at home and welcomed. The owners garden is beautiful with the best lawn we have ever seen! We love staying here and hopefully will be back very soon. Well done to Janice and Richard - the lovely owners.
