Lovely, spacious holiday home with good quality furniture and plenty of hot water. Suffolk Sands is a peaceful and well-run holiday park in a wonderful coastal location, close to the beach and the amazing Port of Felixstowe.
The lack of a printed Welcome Info Pack, to explain.how to get the central heating to work (we failed and were cold) amongst other things. The gas fire in the living area would ignite but not remain alight. There was a build up of crumbs and debris clearly visible 'only just' under the cooker. No egg cups for boiled eggs.

Great value and location 2 min from beach
Check-in was difficult as the guy at reception was vague as this is sub let so he didn't have any interest in the booking but a loverly young lady came to his rescue and was very helpful
