Serene Sands

The property is lovely and spacious and clean. We were very comfortable, I slept very well. Felixstowe High Street has good shops and coffee shops and a Tesco to top up with groceries. There is also a Budgens within walking distance. There is a nice area in the garden to sit and read with no distractions but it would be nice on a warm evening too to sit and play games.

I forgot to take my travel hair dryer so one in the property would have been nice. But not essential.

Great location, Falling asleep and waking up to the gentle sound of the surf and the scent of sea air—what could be better? Our son, who has autism, also slept soundly, having gathered a wealth of positive emotions during the day by the sea. Lovely house atmosphere, Taking a breath with coffee in the early morning, And relaxing evening time following the sea waves in front of you) A full and sufficient set of kitchen utensils and appliances.

Absolutely wonderful house to stay in by the sea! Location is perfect and in walking distance to all of Felixstowes main attractions. Check-in instructions were clear and simple. The garden and decking area were clean and tidy and the house itself was spotless! The kitchen, utility and cupboard under the stairs has everything you need and more! There was even a walking stick which (being disabled myself) I think is very thoughtful. Attention to detail and guests needs is fantastic. Main bedroom is spacious and well thought out with lots of room for storing your belongings. My favourite thing about this house was the little balcony for the main bedroom. At night to sleep with the doors open you can hear the gentle waves of the sea which is an absolute delight! Thank you Benji and Leah for a beautiful escape

Excellent location and property, house well equipped and very clean. Good to have a parking space at the house.

The velux windows weren't easy to reach and unlock.
