Excellent location and property, house well equipped and very clean. Good to have a parking space at the house.

The velux windows weren't easy to reach and unlock.

Location is excellent. There are most enjoyable walks along the promenade directly from the property. The area is very clean and tidy. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for a wonderful holiday.

Well equipped, clean, comfortable property in a stunning and convenient location. Easy booking and all communication was helpful.

Coming home so soon! Can't wait to be back.

The house was located very attractively overlooking the beach and Martello tower. The house was modern, clean and very well maintained. There was house parking for two cars and plenty of on street parking. All the furnishings were very good quality (loved the smell of the leather sofas) and comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathrooms were high quality. Great entertainment from the huge TV, DVDs and games. We were involved in an art exhibition in central Felixstowe and the drive to the gallery was very easy.

The house was almost completely very clean but there was an accumulation of dust under the sofas. The kitchen wall cabinet rising doors do not stay up: you have to hold them up with one hand whilst taking out items with the other. The mechanism needs tightening.
