Served the purpose for the weekend. Would recommend.

Quiet & secluded

Beds uncomfortable - both double & singles too soft. Cushion overload everywhere which just got in the way.

Good location just outside Felixstowe . Could walk to the village pub either road way or across park through side gate .

It was very clean .modern and the garden for dog

Broken gate at side of garden had to put bin there to block to stop dog getting out . Washing line hung low bit dangerous

Good location very quiet and peaceful.

Beds were uncomfortable and shower is very small . Very little wardrobe space to store clothes etc . Patio furniture very uncomfortable no cushions available to sit on .

Ideal base for exploring Suffolk villages. Especially Sutton Hoo.

Extremely comfortable, ideal location. Very quiet. Ideal also for doggy members of the family. Secure garden and excellent green space walking facility nearby. Good choice of local shops. Very friendly village

Very well decorated. Very clean, very warm. Very cute! Good walking area very close for the dogs. Short walk to local shops. Parking space right outside bungalow. 🐕🐕

Small shower and small bedroom, the bed was very comfy but felt small probably because I'm used to a king size! (Have to add i am a large lady so shower might be better for a normal sized person 🤣 Close to main road so sometimes here the lorries and cars going past.

Location was very good apart from the road noise at night with the windows open. Parking. Complimentary tea and coffee good.

Second bedroom far too small for two beds for adults. No coasters or placemats. Complimentary milk was off(out of date).

The property is spacious and well maintained in a great location.

It would have been great to have a smart TV in the living area to enable visitors to access ‘on demand’ programmes and streaming services.

it is not a place you would visit for the location but there are interesting places in surrounding areas and so it is a cost effective base

Lovely clean and quality accommodation.

The accommodation is lovely and was really clean. It had everything you need, so was well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and the appliances good quality! Plenty of everything you need, pillows, quilts. Plates and decent mugs. A cafetiere was a welcome bonus! The garden was great for the dog. Although there was a brilliant walking area right next to the parking area. Every thing you need for a family of 4. Hopefully we will return in the future.

The chandelier in the front room. I kept banging my head on it!! (But I am 6'2"!)
