Served our purposes really well. En-suite shower control didn't seem to be working properly and a driving kitchen tap needs attention.

Caravan was very spacious, clean, and had everything needed for our short stay. The venue was perfect for visiting places we had planned to see, including the historic site at Sutton Hoo; Woodbridge; Framlington and Orford Castles. We didn’t use the site facilities, but there seemed to be everything available for a great holiday stay.

Good size accommodation
Needs a good dusting though and PATs are out of date
Instructions for heating would have helped and Wi-Fi code displayed
Clock needs a battery!!
Some more lamps in lounge would make it cosier and another arm chair
The sofa is not a sofa bed
Couple of pillows have stains no pillow protectors
With a couple of tweaks would be great

Beautiful property very well equipped spotlessly clean (except 1 pillow not used) & dog friendly. Great position & comparatively private. On site facilities looked good although didn’t use as visited lots of nearby locations in Suffolk, (Southwold, Walberswick, Framlingham etc) we also had amazing weather wall to wall sunshine too. Perfect short break.
