Accommodation was a good size and had everything we needed. Nice to have garden overlooking field with patio doors to garden. Nice and quiet even though it's next to the pub. Good location, easy access to A12.
Front door didn't open fully, caught on the floor, also patio doors difficult to close (had to lift and pull closed). Garden and decking slightly untidy.

Well equipped. Plenty of space and able to sit outside in your own garden space. Great food served in the Inn.

location was excellent being right next doir to the pub, which was good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. The enclosed garden was very good for our dog. Plenty of space.
The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good nights sleep which was a shame because it means that we won’t come again. The room was also very hot and would have benefitted from aircon. Upon arrival & also on subsequent occasions we had difficulty parking anywhere near the pub as there was no provision for disabled parking.
