Quiet location, privacy, outside space, amazing birdsong, house well-furnished and the shower was decent. Tea/coffee/milk/biscuits were a welcome touch on arrival.
Location info is misleading, it's a good 25-30 minutes' drive away from Southwold, not 15 as claimed. Barbecue is nasty and not really usable. Hosts' dogs howl when they're out, not great. They were friendly but sent no info beforehand which was disconcerting - we had no idea how we were accessing the property before arrival and they didn't respond to my messages. Bedroom incredibly hot (up to 36 degrees) during heatwave stay, downstairs cooler and fine.

I loved it all. Was beautiful location, spotlessly clean, had everything you would need. bathroom was downstairs which not everybody would like but it was fine for us. Loved watching the squirrel every day and woodpecker feeding in the garden. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend.
