I booked this as a short break for my partners birthday. It was a difficult time for us as our pet dog was very ill at the time so this did distract from our enjoyment of the property. It was a lovely place to stay with a large kitchen and lounge area, a private garden fenced off for dogs and a nice isolated location in the countryside.

Very peaceful location, good directions given, very good facilities and well equipped. Great base for exploring east Suffolk. Very good value. Fantastic secure garden which was good for the dog.
