A quiet countryside getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here. The shepherd’s hut was warm, clean and contained all the kitchen utensils needed for our stay. My son particularly enjoyed helping the owner feed the animals in the morning. We will definitely return during the warmer summer months.

Perfect getaway.
Loved the location, the hut was lovely. Chatted with Matt a couple of times. Couldn’t have asked for more and plan to return at some point soon.

Great stay!
Lovely location, clean and very cosy. Great play area for the kids and seeing the animals was a highlight of their trip. Little farm shop well stocked and very easy to find. Will definitely return!
Some tea or coffee would be a nice touch 😊but the farm shop had some great supplies.

Cosy comfortable hut accommodation
Very nicely designed hut providing a compact living space, set in a very well thought out landscaped field with flowers trees and farm animals (hens, pigs, goats) that the owner kindly showed us how to feed and touch.
The fridge is tiny, understandably but could be a little bigger. Also a few more plates and cutlery otherwise you have to wash up as you eat!

Peaceful and quiet...well-equipped and comfy
Everything! It was very cute!! The shower worked really well and the beds were comfy. It was all lovely.
We didn't think to bring tea/coffee. Could tea bags/coffee sachets be provided? There were some coffee sachets in the shop on the second day we were there. The people in the adjacent hut were loudly foul-mouthed! Not much you can do about that, I guess. They did offer our dog some scrambled egg - which was kind.

Perfect for a relaxing family time
Very clean and looked after, huts are not too close to each other which is nice and kids can run around, play on the playground or watch the animals, a perfect family weened away
