No place for smoke even outside. I think need to make some space for smoke. Make welcoming for everyone

Lovely views and quiet countryside setting, enjoyed beautiful kept gardens and very clean heated pool with hot shower and changing area and very short walk to our bungalow. Great for this time of a heatwave. Enjoyed the space and views from our rooms in the bungalow and eating in the outside area in the garden. Some tasteful furnishings, modern shower bathrooms, comfortable beds and well equipped spacious kitchen and lounge. The dishwasher and washing machine and electric fans were very effective and quiet, made this a very comfortable stay. Also close to a village with smaller supermarket and not far Woodbridge town for Eateries and waterfront walks..

Hard to find fault with bungalow, only small improvements to some paint work such as main bathroom. Bedroom carpets' colours seemed faded but clean. Overall a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep to the bungalow. Beautiful location and lots of thought to make stay comfortable. However would still recommend highly the stay at Grove farm.

The pool is excellent and the zip line and tyre swing and garden are great for kids

The kitchen could do with a re-stock of plates and crockery.

Location and all on one level. Been before.

Finding dirty soiled underwear in the bedroom - two items! Disgusting 🤮 House stank of oil - there was a leak - everyday was spent on the phone trying to resolve these things or speaking to Jock the owner who was on site. Still waiting for compensation- no response to email sent. Offered £25 compensation which I refused- an insult! Can you help here please?
