Great stay, the pool was fabulous.

Swimming pool was fabulous.

Property a little tired, however it was clean. Just a few little things to make it even better - wine glasses for the prosecco that greeted us in the fridge, a few more plates and tea, coffee and sugar could have been provided. Comfy beds; however pillows were quite hard and thin.

A lovely little place with a beautiful pool - we will be visiting again.

So please to have found this property and we will definitely visit again! The swimming pool really is lovely and a real bonus. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. The rural location was quiet and peaceful. There are sheep on the property who are very friendly. The hosts were really friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We managed to pay for a later checkout, which was great because we got to use the pool for another morning. Easy to get to Woodbridge and to coastal towns including Aldeburgh and Southwold. We wished we could have stayed for longer.

Only a couple of minor things. The dishwasher didn't work - everything came out dirty and had to be handwashed but that can be fixed and we were only there for a weekend so wasn't too annoying. We just didn't manage to let the owners know before we left. The pool is shared between 2 properties, which we knew on booking. They were trialing timings for using the pool while we were there. We'd have preferred access throughout the day, knowing we'd have to share with others on occasion rather than having allotted timeslots. I appreciate some people might prefer to have hours of sole use and I imagine this has come out of other guests asking for this. But for us, more flexibility would have been preferrable.

Very quiet weekend in lovely surroundings, just what we needed,

We really enjoyed the location, very peaceful. Our grandson enjoyed the zip line and animals.

There was no bbq and the twin beds are not full singles. Also was offered early check in but was not able to get answer one way or another due to house keeping communication.

Amazing luxury - comfort and space to relax.

We love this place - it is really spacious and allows a family with teenagers to really feel at home and relax. All our favourite places are close by and our daily swims are also great for further family connections- the heated floor and shower are also a real luxury. My son loves the apple juice and your little dog is super cute and my teens liked the zip wire also. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay with your wonderful accommodation.

We took ages finding crockery in the kitchen - maybe there are too many cupboards but it did take me ages and also no scissors for cutting food!

Amazing hidden gem in the countryside with pool and luxury facilities.

The property was amazing / the hosts had thought of everything and it was so quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms were super luxurious and the place was perfect for our family trip - the pool was great too!

We loved the bungalow..well equipped & comfortable.. beautifully clean.The use of the pool was excellent particularly as we had quite a bit of rain..

The only negative ( nothing that can be changed tho) was we needed to drive to different locations..no foot paths on the roads..

It was very clean , spacious, beautifully furnished and quiet.

The only thing that was disappointing was that to use the pool you had to wind back the cover, then replace cover after use. I didn't think I had the strength to do that, so I didn't swim.

the kitchen could have been better equipped. for example it only had 3 teaspoons. the tv was difficult to operate with no instructions. the heating was on and locked the owner came to turn it down but it didn’t change.

Lovely break

Spacious modern decor, fairly well equipped, lots of storage, great swimming pool! Largely clean. Beautiful scenery and grounds. Quality bed linen and comfortable beds.

Only minor niggles by way of feedback. Property may benefit from a deep clean/TLC: e.g areas of mould in bathrooms, crumbs/dirt under sofas (discovered while looking for dropped toys!), bathroom door frame paint disintegrating from contact with shower water. The changing room In the pool was too cold for us to change in - if there was heating available it wasn’t apparent. Wouldn’t stop us from staying again though.

I loved this, almost like your own private Centre Parcs

It is a fantastic property, clean, well stocked and a perfect stay. It's actually much bigger than it appears on the photos, and is a light and spacious location with great facilities. The private swimming pool available between 9.30-19.00 is amazing and the whole property is a fantastic place to stay just there, or explore places like the near by Sutton Hoo. I wish I'd known about it when my kids were younger as they would have loved it (to be fair even older kids/adults would love it, but it has great facilities for kids. Love it and would definitely visit any time I want to stay in that area again... Amazing

If I had very young kids, it would have been nice to have a bath, but for us the two big showers were fantastic.

Highly recommended, spacious property with a beautiful pool

This is a beautiful bungalow in a beautiful location. The pictures really don't do it justice! It was spacious, clean, really well equipped and the pool was just perfect!

When we arrived the windows had been left open, presumably to air it out from the previous occupants, and unfortunately this meant a lot of flies entered the property that we couldn't get rid of for the entire time of our stay. Obviously not the owners' fault but this was the only negative to an otherwise perfect stay.

Last minute, value for money short break in a lovely part of the country with a heated pool

Lovely and clean. Quiet location. Property larger that expected. Pool great. My granddaughter like seeing the sheep and horses nearby. The bottle of home pressed apple juice was very tasty.

We think there was a water softener at the property as there were two taps at the kitchen and utility sink. We saw no warning about not drinking the softened water from the main tap.

Fab holiday! Well equipped holiday home perfect for our needs.

Lovely location and very spacious, clean and well equipped property. It was so nice to have the use of the swimming pool which was a decent size, warm and clean and we had lots of fun using it! We only met Jock who was very pleasant and helpful and the plums and apple juice were lovely :)

Unfortunately for me the bed was too soft. I’ve recently had spinal surgery and a firm mattress is much better for my back. However I’m sure other people without my back problems would find the bed lovely and comfortable. The girls both had comfortable beds. The location was lovely and the house spacious but Just as a heads up most of the roads are very narrow and husband ended up scratching the car the whole way down one side. Obviously not a criticism of the hosts and absolutely nothing they can do about the roads.

Our stay was cozy and all around great family time.

It is beautiful inside and out with beautiful scenery and views looking out each window. The family that runs it was most friendly and helpful and they had a sweet and warm welcome gift of a bottle of apple juice they pressed freshly that was absolutely delicious! Also have to say it is very peaceful, quiet and tranquil here.

Absolutely fabulous!

Everything, an amazing property! It was very clean, the house is beautiful and very spacious. The swimming pool was perfect. They have everything you need in the house, we have a toddler and we forgot the high chair. This was in the cupboard to my relief and it was very well equipped for kids. Cutlery, cups, plates, travel cot, high chair and toys. Jock was lovely, he met us on our arrival and he lent us some toys for our toddler which was very kind. The grounds are stunning with the friendliest sheep which we visited most days. The swimming pool was great, so lovely to have a private pool to ourselves, this was also very well equipped with toys for the kids, it was also nice and warm! Great that you could go and use it at anytime too! An amazing stay!

This property is amazing. Very spacious and super clean. The Swimming pool is great my kids lived it and you get it all to yourself. The sheep are very friendly and my 3 year old loved them. We will be coming back that's for sure. The shower was amazing too.
