Villa Fotinia

וילה חדשה !!! מאובזרת ומסודרת בצורה מושלמת לכל מטרה. שירות מעולה של Jovo ומיקום מצוין. היתה חופשה ממש ממש מעולה.

הבריכה אינה מחוממת.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Fotinia and would highly recommend it. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jovo was an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond, even assisting us with matters unrelated to the villa, including translations and recommendations for the best places to visit in Budva. His kindness and local knowledge made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Jovo, for your wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay at Villa Fotinia again. A well-deserved five stars!

Amazing new build luxury house. 4 large doublerooms all with balcony and own bathroom. Amazing sea view. Very nice pool. Super friendly staff. Recommended.

Only very minor things

The villa is amazing. It is new and in great condition. The location is great - quiet with a beautiful view and less than 10 minute drive to the center of Budva. Every room has a beautiful en-suite bathroom which makes it great for families. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is a great size and is shaded in the morning hours. The internet is great and there are TV's in every room. Jovo is incredibly helpful and available & responsive for any questions. We highly recommend Villa Fotinia.

It's a small thing but it would have been helpful for us to have more than one key to the front gate. With 2 cars and not always arriving back at the same time it was a challenge sometimes to handoff the key to one another.
