Seaview and relaxation

This is a great place - beautiful seaview and sunset from the balcony, the kitchen is well equipped, very clean. Comfortable bed, very fast WiFi , short walk to beach and shops. This is a very friendly family business that I highly recommend.

The apartman was clean and comfortable, and the view from the terrace is amazing! Luka, the host was very kind and helpful. We hadn't car, but the bus stop is very close and the bus transportation works well between cities. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

The house is on hillside, so you have to climb a bit - but it's not really a big problem :)

Nice place, friendly host... all in all a great stay!

We arrived later than expected, at about 9.30 pm, but that was not a problem. Luka welcomed us and showed us the apartment and the parking spot. The road to the house is namely very steep and narrow, so at the beginning we left out car at the grocery store because we didn't know we can park the car anywhere next to the house, but there are enough parking spots for every guest up there. In the room there was a bottle of wine and some fruit waiting for us. Luka showed us the riviera from the balcony and gave us a map with spots to visit. In the neighborhood there is everything one needs i.e. a restaurants, bars, 3 stores, many beaches (we liked the queen's beach the most). You can walk to Sveti Stefan or even to Budva beacuse it's not far at all. The room is not big, but enough for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped, so you can even cook something small if you want. Towels are changed every 4 days. On the 5th day we got new bed linen. At the end of our stay Luka brought us fresh figs, which was really great! All in all the stay was really good and we can recommend the apartments. Thank you!

The refrigerator was quite old and was really warm on the outside all the time, so it is like a radiator in the small room. Not very good when it's 40 degrees outside :).

Good apartment with a perfect view.

"Good old Luka " is a good host and important to him how the guests are feeling themself and give us lot of advices. I told with hourly precision our arrival time and he was waiting on the street to make sure we find easily the parking and the appartment. The appartment has big rooms and big balcony with perfect view to the see. Beaches are near and also minimarkets. AL to all it was a good choice, thank for the wine Luka.

Wifi was a bit weak in the evenings but its not a big deal.

There is nice place to stay. Very hospitable and friendly owner, always ready to help and advise. You have all necessary for comfortable living - kitchen, washing machine, etc. Very impressive view from the balcony

Will definitely come back!

Luka is one of the most hospitable person in the world! He organized transfer from/to the airport, met us at the apartments with figs and wine. He was reachable every day, but not bothersome! The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice. The apartments are situated not far from the King's and Queen's beaches (which are free). It's a great pleasure to walk along the beautiful park! There are two mini-markets right at the apartments and a nice supermarket on your way to the beach. Luka arranged umbrellas for us (both for beach and for rain). Towels are changed once in three days, linens - once in five days. The rooms are equipped with all kitchen supplies, there is a a washer in the bathroom, a hair dryer and an iron. The vacation was fantastic! Thank you Luka!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Luka. The owner is very hospitable and kind. We had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Luka also welcomed us with peaches, water and his homemade wine. And we think that's great that he pays so much attention to his guests. Our apartment was clean, nice and very comfortable. We will definitely come back to Apartments Villa Luka.

Clean and cozy apartment with air-conditioners in each room!, dishwasher and washing machine. Peaceful neighborhood , walking distance to the beach Luka is very nice and helpful host, met us with wine and fruit, explained where to go. Homemade lunch was very rich and tasteful.

Luka was very welcoming and helpful. Nice balcony with good sea view and also a courtyard out the back.

The twin apartment we booked was rather on the small side without much in the way of space beyond the sleeping area - although our friends' two bedroom apartment was very spacious. Location is good and very pleasant walk in to centre but note it is a steep climb.

Villa Luka - a perfect vacation home for families

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. Spatious living, breathtaking views over the Budva Bay. Vicinity to nice and clean beaches and Sveti Stefan. We especially enjoyed being so close to Budva town without having to live right in the middle of all the partying. Very nice touch being welcomed with a bottle of wine and some peaches. Also very much appreciated the option to have a menu to choose from, which we utilised the last night - a wonderful dinner with fresh organic food at the price of €30 for a family of 4!

Вперше відвідали Чорногорію. Враження лише найкращі як від мешканців так і від самої місцевості. Помешкання відповідає опису та виставленим фото. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Все охайно і по домашньому. Окреме «дякуємо» за домашнє вино власнику помешкання Луці. Було надзвичайно приємно і смачно.

Краєвид з балкону просто заворожував зранку одна картинка вечері інша.

Зупинялись тут на 10 днів, квартира N5 гарна, велика, ліжка зручні, є посуд . Господар привітний, лишив нам вино власного виробництва.До пляжу 350 +- метрів вниз,назад під гору врахуйте це можливо для когось це буде важко не зручно. Краєвид з балкону ДУЖЕ гарний.

Отличный отель за приемлемые деньги - подходит для длительного проживания большой компанией

Этот гест-хаус расположен в пригороде Будвы. До центра Будвы ехать около 10 минут - можно на своей машине, можно на автобусе. В двух минутах от отеля проходит основная дорога, там же имеется автобусная остановка. В 10 минутах пешком от отеля имеются два пляжа - можно пойти хоть влево, хоть вправо. Если пойти вправо и пройти еще минут 10 - то будет третий пляж, называется "Королевский" (большой и бесплатный). В 1 минуте от отеля есть небольшая пекарня - там можно купить плесковицу, шаурмы или чевапы. Стоит недорого и очень вкусно, ужинали там почти каждый день. Там же имеется небольшой супермаркет. Также в 2 минутах есть полноценное кафе - но там надо заранее бронировать столик, так как места обычно заняты (поскольку вокруге больше нет других вариантов, где поесть). Сам номер был очень просторный - две полноценные спальни. Одна выходит окнами на море, другая - на горы. У нас был последний этаж, так что вид из окна был шикарный. При заезде хозяин презентовал нам бутылку местного вина - вечером выпили ее на веранде, с видом на море и ночную Будву.

Гест-хаус представляет из себя большой коттедж, то есть наличие лифта - здесь не подразумевается. Это просто частный дом, переоборудованный под отель. Из-за этого чемоданы приходится тащить вручную по нескольким лестничным пролетам, довольно узким и крутым. В остальном, нареканий - нет.

Výborná lokalita, v blízkosti 4 pláže, obchod 200 m, velmi srdečný a vstřícný hostitel, ochotně domluvil v pneuservisu výměnu píchlé pneumatiky, zavezl nás do servisu. Čisté prostředí, vynášení odpadků denně, 1x za pobyt výměna ručníků.

Прекрасен дом с аромат на смокини

Всичко! Лука и неговата помощничка бяха много отзивчиви. Апартаментът беше прохладен и чист. Всеки ден се изхвърляше боклука и се почистваше пода. Посрещнаха ни с местно вино и студена вода в хладилника. Бяха оставили плажен чадър. Спалното бельо беше безупречно чисто и го смениха след 3 ден. Има бърз достъп до близкия плаж Каменово, но за него са нужни обувки за море, защото е само от камъни и брега и дъното на морето. Ние бяхме с кола и затова обикаляхме различни плажове и не беше проблем. С радост бихме се върнали и препоръчваме истински!

Тесните места за паркиране, но не попречиха на прекрасното преживяване.

Отличные апартаменты !

Отдыхали с мужем и собакой мальтипу 8 ночей . Выбрали эти апарты из-за их dog friendly политики и из-за близости к хорошим пляжам (Каменово , Свети-Стефан) . Лука встретил нас в апартаментах ! Был вежлив и гостеприимен ! Угостил вином и инжиром ) Всегда интересовался всё ли у нас хорошо . У нас были апарты на 1 этаже и это оказалось большим плюсом так как стояла сильная жара , но мы находились в тени мандариновых деревьев . Терраса огромная , комфортная , видно кусочек моря . В номере было всё необходимое для проживания , включая посуду и стиральный порошок. Очень хорошо работали кондиционеры и WIFI . Уборка ежедневно , смена постельного белья и полотенец раз в несколько дней . Рядом есть точка фаст-фуда , ресторан Куста и два маркета . До пляжа минут 10-15 пешком . В Каменово очень много народу , наступить негде . Мы ездили на автобусе до Свети -Стефан . Ехать быстро , минут 7 , цена 2 евро за 1 человека . Там мелкогалечный пляж , людей меньше . Лука , спасибо за наш прекрасный отдых ! Вспоминаем с удовольствием ! Желаем вам успехов и хороших гостей :)

Дуже гарний готель. Номер був чистий, просторий, є все необхідне для життя. Кондиціонер, праска, фен. Постіль та рушники дуже свіжі та чисті. Паркування біля готелю. Можна з собачкою. До моря 4 хвилин пішки. Чарівний вид на море!

Впечатления только положительные

Отдыхали семьей в двухкомнатных апартаментах с террасой на первом этаже. В номере есть все необходимое. Терраса только для нашего номера, что очень удобно. Лука приготовил комплимент в виде бутылки домашнего вина, а в течение отдыха угощал домашними помидорами и огурцами, и раки. Уборка мусора ежедневно, смена полотенец и пополнение туалетной бумаги - 1 раз в 3 дня. Парковка бесплатная. А также без проблем выехали на час позже установленного времени. Рекомендую к бронированию апартаменты у Луки!👍

La localisation, quelques très belles plages accessibles a pied et la vue du balcon

L'accès a la douche un peu étroit mais qui ne nous a pas posé de problème. Et pour le propriétaire pour améliorer, 2 crochets supplémentaires pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain seraient appréciables.
