Very comfortable

Very nice location with sea view. Beautiful shared terrace with lookout to the sunset. The host and his family were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nice shower and comfortable bed. Also there is a small shared kitchen on the rooftop terrace which is very convenient. Przno is very small but has everything you need. Queens beach was open which was very beautiful and amazing swimming. Short walk to sveti Stefan. Good bus connection to Budva. Everything was great! Thank you to the host and your family!

We still had a nice time but there are a lot of things to be improved on here.

Nice views in the evening when it gets more quiet

Unfortunately there was some chewing gum stuck to our bathroom floor. The air conditioning takes hours until the room gets cool and they say you have parking but 2 out of the 3 nights someone else was parked in our spot so we had to find our own parking which is very hard in high season as it’s extremely packed with people.

A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Hospitality I recently had the pleasure of staying at an exceptional hotel that left an indelible impression on me. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I had made the right choice. The hotel's ideal location, coupled with its comfortable rooms, warm owner, and excellent breakfast, made my stay an unforgettable experience. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was nothing short of perfect. Situated 100m meteres from a Przno beach, 500m from queens beach. The appartment was nice comfortable and with a beautifull sea view. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible hospitality provided by the owner. From the very beginning, their warm and genuine demeanor made me feel like an honored guest. They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their knowledge of the local area was invaluable, offering insightful recommendations that enhanced my overall experience. The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The perfect location, comfortable rooms, and attentive owner ensured a memorable experience.

breathtaking views, beautiful beaches, relaxing vacation

Very nice place. Highly recommended. Clean, comfy apartment with a beautiful view of Przno Beach. Nice balcony to have lunch which you could prepare in the kitchenette. Very welcoming people, doing everything to satisfy their guests. Wonderful tarrace with an astonishing view of the Becici bay and Sveti Nikola island. The host has placed dining tables and sunbeds in the terrace. Small kitchenette with amenities so you don't have to bring everything from the room if you want to dine and relax with the breathtaking views.. Comfotable bed, pay TV and good WiFi included. Good market 300m form the apartments, local products, fresh fruits, very good quality. Just 50m from the Przno beach - you could rent umbrellas and sunbeds for 25Eur/day. Beautiful small beach. 250m from the Queen Beach - wonderful, close to a beautiful park, public beach, red pebble in a wonderful bay. Small and maybe a little crowded in August, but very particular. You could take your own umbrella, or find a spot in the trees if you want to stay in the shade. Good for snorkeling. Milocer Beach another 250m from here. Bigger, pubblic beach, red pebble. Very nice, but i prefer Queen Beach. And then another 30mm is Sveti Stefan. You could walk between 4 beautiful beaches in 15minutes.

The parking is public, and not very easy to find a spot, but anyway not really a problem.

Great location for a pleasant walk to Sveti Stefan and really nice view over the bay from the terrace and from the studio balcony. Easy check-in and out. Friendly owner.

Bathroom was a bit damp. A small table inside would have been convenient.

very cosy and beautiful

the location is absolutely phantastic. the view from our balcony towards the beach, and from the terrace to the sea. the room is cosy and it has everything that you need. the breakfast is rich and tasty. the hosts are hospitable. there is a small market downstairs. it takes only 1 minute to go to the beach

Great value for money

The place is just next to the beach, restaurants and mini market but still very calm. The views from the shared terrace are amazing and the hosts very friendly. The room is equiped with everything you need, we had breakfast in the balcony everyday. We also walked to Sveti Stefan beach, an easy and beautiful walk. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Apartment with amazing view in perfect location

Apartment is not so big but very clean(with daily cleaning) and perfect view: we started every morning with coffee on our balcony:) this year all private beaches are open, so we have 4 beaches nearby (1-7minutes walking): przno, queens, milocer, sveti Stefan. Supermarkets, restaurants are also 1-5 min walking distance. Good value for money, recommend!

Just perfect

Just perfect! Great location, the beach is just around the corner, supermarket is nearby, plenty of good restaurants. Great hospitality from the family. We liked this more than the 'centre' of St. Stefan. We definitely recommend this place!

Perfect stay in the beautiful location

The hosts were really welcoming, the rooms were super clean and we enjoyed the view over our balcony. We also decided to get breakfast at the place which was really yummy. Oh, and there is a terrace at the top of the building with a view over the open sea - stunning! I would also like to recommend getting food at one of the restaurants at Przno beach.

Вцілому мені дуже сподобалось житло, власники і розташування .

Була в захваті від виду з свого балкону та спільної тераси . Привітний персонал і чудовий господар Душан . Прекрасне розташування біля найгарніших пляжів , внизу міні магазин і ресторани , зупинка автобуса теж поруч . Міні-кухня на якій вистачало всього щоб приготовити собі сніданок чи вечерю . Рушники які міняли щодня і вони мали дуже приємний аромат і були надзвичайно мʼякими , що не може не тішити . За свою подорож я зупинялась у 3 місцях , але лише тут рушники були окремою приємною деталлю яка запамʼяталась .

Єдине що на мою думку варто підправити це сифон , бо вода повільно спускається. Проте це ніяк не зіпсувало враження про відпочинок .

Das Appartement ist 50m vom Meer entfernt, das war super und das Wichtigste für uns, der Strand ist klein, aber hübsch und sauber Es gibt einen Balkon.

Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet, es gibt keine Mokka oder andere Kaffeemaschine und es gibt gerade das Nötigste. Im Bad ist der Siphon defekt (schlechter Geruch im Bad) Die Haustür ist verglast und es ist morgens schon früh sehr hell und man kann das Apt schlecht abdunkeln.

Très bien placé sur la côte, vue sur mer magnifique et terrasse partagée idéale avec tout ce qu’il faut. L’accueil parfait et très sympathique.
