The family house consists of several suites which are located in the middle part of Sveti Stefan, 300 m away from the sea. There is a bus stop and a parking lot in front of the house while next to it there is a restaurant and a shop.
All suites have new furniture, an air-conditioner, cable TV, a hair-dryer, hygiene cosmetics, wireless Internet. There is a table with chairs on balconies, as well as easy chairs and sun-umbrellas where necessary. The suite accommodation also includes washing machine use. The suites are regularly cleaned and towels get changed daily.
