Clean apartment with a beautiful sea view from the balcony.

Sunsets and grapes

We stayed on the top floor and the apartments highlight was definitely the balkony. On there you can see the sea, Budva city, people watch in the evenings and how the sun sets in the mountains. The air conditioning worked really well and made the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen was well equipped, we were able to prepare ourselves breakfasts and lunches. The rooms furnishing is simple and a little bit oldschool, but everything is clean and tidy. The hosts were really warm and kind. They made sure you always had a parking spot in front of the house. We stayed for four nights and since it is an apartement we didn't expect room cleaning or towel changes. But that is exactly what they did. It was really nice. The flowers, plants and grape vines create a beautiful atmosphere.

If you have a problem with stairs, then there is a lot of them to the beach. But you should take that into account when travelling to mountainous areas. The only problem for us was the wifi. In our room it wasn't working at all.

During our stay of several day's we experienced the following: A pleasant, beautiful, modern, clean, well-equipped guesthouse! The bed was excellent for sleeping/resting. The wi-fi was excellent!

The beach is a bit far from here.

The location, the balcony and the view on the sea (don’t see stevi Stefan though), parking on site (not that easy to park but the host help)

Cozy and spotless apartment with seaview

Apartment Steni offers a stunning seaside view from the balcony. Having breakfast at the balcony table seeing the sea is priceless. 😍 I also liked the separation between bedroom and kitchen. The bed was cozy. The apartment was spotless. The owner Nikola is very helpful.

The water boiler is making a concert sometimes, it is not very disturbing though. In this case, a picture of our IDs was not enough, they needed to have our physical ID to register us to the tourist office, which was new to me.

My friend & I were planing to just spend a night in this place. However, we loved it so much that we extended our stay to 2 nights. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, the place was very clean, close to the nice beach. Highly recommended!!! #GlobeSpeedy

Brilliant location with easy parking. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. I mentioned it was our anniversary and we were left some beautiful cut flowers and some wine as a welcome. As promised the sea view from our balcony was fantastic. Just a short down through woodlands to reach all the local beaches, of which there are many. A couple of local supermarkets within easy walking distance. The walk back uphill from beach could be challenging if unfit but the view makes it worthwhile. Really friendly helpful owners! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GREAT VALUE!

Nice place, clean and with a nice balcony and view. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach (the return way is 15 minutes because you have to go uphill). Nicest beach in the area. We regret spending time to drive to different beaches, when we had the nicest one near our location. Not many restaurants in Sveti Stefan. But you can find many in Petrovac.

The apartment is very well kept and clean, the bed is comfortable and there is a lovely balcony with a view..it's a walk of less than 10 minutes to the main restaurant plaza area but maybe 20 min to the sea front. Great that it has secure parking!

The room is clean and nice view of sea and nature. Kitchen is small. But I can say enough.

Hot water doesnt work good in My room. I mean when I take a shower Hot water turns cold and keep 5-6 seconds lilke that and then again Hot water. and if you want to go sea for swimming. You must walk so many stairs. But I must say. If you want to swimming. Go to seaside with your car and park there.

Cozy place with beautiful sea view

Good location, beautiful view from the balcony! Big apartment, there was sleeping room, bathroom and kitchen. Very friendly hosts! Close to all the restaurants and shops (3-5 min), to the beach is the way about 10-15 minutes downstares. And it's good location to go to the south, if you like to walk, to beautiful beaches over the hill.

Sometimes in some places of apartment wifi disappeared for a while (for example in the kitchen). But in sleeping room it was good, even for work.

Wonderful view of the garden and the sea from our window

There is a private parking but going up this particular street and turning around there seemed too complicated, so we ended up parking elsewhere and having to go up to the apartment from there.

The hosts are really friendly and nice. We had apartament no. 1 (upstairs) which was quite big, clean with a great view on sea from the private balcony. The towels were changed and the trush was removed every day. Big pressure of water in the bathroom which isn't very common in turist towns. The main road, which was quite close wasn't heard at all. Perfect place for vaccation!

There were 280 stairs from the room to the beach (depends on way chosen), so if you have problems with walking, find a closer, lower place. No barbecue.

Very comfy and fully furnished apartments with great balcony and private parking. Cleaning was done almost every day when we were out. Great hosts that helped us with everything. Perfect location for the vacation with the kids with a number of not crowded beautiful beaches nearby. Several good restaurants in the vicinity and small shops to buy some stuff that you may need.

No washing machine. Was not a problem for us, but would be nice to have for longer stay. To get to and from the beach you need to walk the long stairway or walk the road to the beach that is even longer way down and up the hill. Normal exercise for average person. No supermarket nearby. We drove to Budva or Petrovac for major shopping needs.
