Cosy and lovely stay

Location is perfect, very close to the beach and to the restaurants. Very calm and quiet accommodation, staff was welcoming and cute.

The toilet paper was not in the bathroom in the time of our arrival so we had to ask for it, but we consider that being our mistake since we arrived before our check-in and the host did the best for accommodating us asap.

It’s a great option even for longer stays.

The owners of the apartment are such a sweet family. I was welcomed by the grandmother; at first I was a bit nervous because she didn’t speak my language, but she did her best to help us with everything we needed. She even offered us homemade lemonade and cookies, which was a lovely touch. Later, the hostess took care of us and it was very easy to communicate with her. Her husband was also extremely helpful in answering all our questions about the city, which was a key point for our holiday. The apartment had everything we needed — a kitchen, a clean bathroom, a beautiful balcony with a view of Sveti Stefan, a bedroom with a smart TV, and air conditioning. Even though there was a large sofa instead of a bed (something we hadn’t noticed in the photos), our sleep was still comfortable.

There are just two downsides. First, there was no sign for the apartment, so I spent quite some time looking for it, even climbing up and down the stairs thinking I was in the wrong place — it was a bit exhausting. The host said they can give detailed directions once you contact them, so I think you should just do that. Second, to enjoy the amazing view, you have to climb quite a lot of stairs, and together with the stairs to the beach, it can be tiring. But I think you should be prepared for that in this area.

Balcony Bliss with a Breathtaking Bay View 🌅

Beautiful apartment with incredible sea views. The staff were very helpful—we met Alexander, who kindly guided us via FaceTime from a spot we didn’t recognize all the way to the property. His help was truly appreciated. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a well-kitted-out kitchen with anything and everything for cooking or enjoying a drink. Highly recommended! Just be prepared for a lot of steps! Great location.

Elegant romantic villa overlooking the sea

This was such a beautiful romantic apartment. The balcony and view were spectacular. I spent the mornings and evenings looking at the deep turquoise waters, little island and the moon. The bedrooms were separated by the little kitchen and bathroom. They were comfortable and good size. Slept great. The little kitchen is good for light cooking which we did. There is a parking space. Bonus! Easy walk to the beach. We liked the wild one to the left by the rocks. You could swim to the caves The hosts were always available when we needed. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I would come back and live there if I could

Don't get blinded by the price

10 min walk to the beach (but including +300 steps one way), balcony with sea view

Person who checked us in is not the host and doesn't speak any english, only croatian. Also communication with "hand and feet" not possible- not good at all. Parking only with pure luck in a very narrow dead end street with already many other cars there. Only use of parking spots of other accommodations, this one doesn't have own ones. To get out we needed to go backwards the steep and narrow street. Almost everything was too complicated

Lovely home 🏡 good host :)

It was excellent stay for us, we liked the property so much, it was very clean, good location, perfect view in the balcony and very helpful host. It is very easy to go Budva old town. We used public transportation which is passing from the street we stayed. It was 1.50 euro, very cheap.. if you decide to stay at this house you can easily go to budva. Also I love the location in Sveti Stefan, we just walked down to the beach,it is just five min walk.. there re also good restaurants. Also some supermarkets so you can relax in this house. We are also glad that our host helped us to carry our luggage from the Main Street as we were coming from bar train station by the bus. So when we stop at the main road it’s just 2 min walking distance. I love the place I stayed… it was a good choice for us :)

Vétusté plusieurs éléments du mobilier détérioré. Pas de lumières ampoules cassé. À 2 endroits. Literie d un autre temps. Fil apparent sur le balcon odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Personnel absent. !!!!

L'emplacement et la gentillesse de la propriétaire.

Appartement très difficile à trouver, aucune indication et impossible de joindre la propriétaire, heureusement que les voisins étaient là. Bien que la propriétaire ait été d'une grande gentillesse, la communication a été difficile à cause de la barrière de la langue (ni anglais ni français). Manque d'équipements alors qu'ils étaient écrits dans l'annonce : produits de toilette, sèche-cheveux, eau chaude (peut-être y avait-il une manœuvre mais aucune explication).
