nice view from the balcony. Pretty quiet neighbors.

The rooms were terribly dirty. the kitchen does not even match the name, from the word in general. no water, respectively hot and in the toilet as well. simple things like toilet paper and a mop were also missing. the beds creaked impossible to sleep. air conditioning only in one room, shortage per apartment. there was no internet wifi, from the word it didn’t exist at all. The pool water was dirty. These apartments are not recommended.

Superb

A close proximity to popular touristic places such as Sveti Stefan, Budva, Petrovac, Bar and many more. Very friendly employees especially Luka who was keen on helping customers always and the only employee who spoke fully fluent English. Cleaners did a fantastic daily cleaning job. Drago, the owner, was a super genius. A very welcoming fellow.

Filters in the pool were occasionally turned off which made the pool too unclean to swim in. You need some sort of transport eg. a car, to travel to the beach because there is a motorway. No communal area for guests apart from balcony in apartments and restaurant which was tasty but way too overpriced.

it was to far away from the main road , the reception wasn't polite and also ask from me more money for taxis . the place was too far away also from sveti stefan beach. In sveti stefan the main parking there is exist a station 11kw for electric cars. i pay only for parking and not for charge

Funny owner, tasty fresh fish on a grill, perfect pools, big apartment, every day was cleaning, on a kitchen was good electric grill/oven and beautiful view on the sea and mountains.

Pleasant

The owner was friendly and the view from our balcony was phenomenal. There is a good restaurant next door and a helpful mini market at the base of the hill. Plenty of parking.

The beds are not actual mattress beds but pull-out couches. The toilet didn't flush enough. There was no hot water. The Wi-Fi didn't work properly. For pedestrians there's almost no access to the beach. We had to walk next to the road to get to the nearest beach, which is 30-45 minutes by foot. Lots of ants everywhere. 100 eur per night is excessive for the current condition the place is in. I would give it a much higher rating if some of the points above were different.

Relaxing getaway

There are two swimming pools to choose from, a bar/restaurant to get coffee or drinks, great open spaces, views of the ocean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just ask and they will attend as best they can. There is a bus from the main road running hourly from Petrovac to Budva centre for 2EURO so even though it may seem away from everything else it is not. This is a family place with families with children of all ages staying. It is nice and relaxed.

Room was like a basement with no window and useful cables in the "bathroom " on the wall protected only by the tape, I saw pictures and I didn't expect 5 stars hotel, not even 3 stars for this price but on the photos you can hide or just do not show many things as host did, me and my pregnancy girlfriend we wanted only to spend good and peaceful time close beach and use room only to sleep but the room is not by the beach, maybe is close by straight line however there is not footpath and we had to use car to drive there, there was so many insect everywhere, I slep in many places in many countries and I saw flys In room, some ants but there was just horrible, I understand that other rooms may looks good but in the same time I'm sure that this one they use only to a scam money from a tourist, as he did it with us, the day when we came his father took my id card so when I tried to solve a problem by the phone next day he said that I have to pay 100 euros and he give me back, in the end I paid 80 and I took my Id card back ( I think it is a crime ). Nobody speaks English, for example when I ordered 1 portion of chips waiter brought two!

Loved it!

Location is unbelievable, a bit far on foot from beaches (but could be reached within 5mins with car), but the view from the pools and from the balcony compensated this million times. Staff is friendly and welcoming, thank you for giving us such good memories!

Prostredie krásne, no už tam nepôjdem

Raňajky boli chutné a veľké. Na uvítanie som mala kávu grátis. Z balkóna krásny výhľad, pekné upravené okolie. 2 bazény, ubytovatelia boli ochotní a milí. Nádherné more, prostredie, výhľady, príroda

Od apartmánu je to na najbližšiu pláž až 2 km. Nemala som auto a to mi skomplikovalo celý pobyt. Bola som sama s dcérou, pešo ísť na pláž je nemožné, jediná cesta je po hlavnej úzkej komunikácii. Ako chodili autobusy som nezistila, časy neboli nikdy dodržané. Starý pán nás síce chcel voziť na pláž, no žiaľ vždy bol po vplyvom. V kuchyni pár riadov, ale žiadna soľ, cukor, skrátka nič. Vedľa nás nemohli spolu ani jesť, pretože ich bolo 6 a mali 3 taniere.

Pouze na krátkodobé přespání pro nenáročné hosty

Výhled na moře z balkonu

V popisu je uvedena pračka, ale když si chtěl člověk vyprat, poslouchal výmluvy, že to nejde a pračku pro hosty nemají. P. Drago se sice snažil a chtěl mi vyprat sám (asi někde u něho doma?), ale raději jsem si vyprala sama ručně. Nevybavená kuchyň na vaření (1 hrnec bez pokličky, 1 oprýskaná pánev, 1 džezva - i na uvaření jednoduchých jídel toto vybavení opravdu nestačí) prach a to nejen pod postelemi. V popisu uvedené 3 bazény. Ukázali nám 2 a oba byly špinavé. Za 3 dny se stav nezměnil, nekoupali jsme se. Kdyby to situace dovolila (dcera na 3 dny onemocněla a ležela tam v horečkách), ubytování bychom změnili. Ti, co ubytovávali nemluví žádnou cizí řečí, tzn. domluva v jiném než jejich jazyce nemožná.

Det var inte lätt att hitta boenden , önskar bättre städning på rummet samt nyare möbler och bekvämare säng . Det fanns knappt vatten att duscha ” förmodligen pga dåligt vatten tryck då faciliteten ligger ganska högt upp ”.

Vrlo sadrzajan,pored prelepih plaza u okolini i ciste vode ima puno sadrzaja za videti.

Na prvom mestu bih naglasila odlicno gostoprimstvo i vrlo prijatno osoblje.Posebno izdvajam čika Draga,najboljeg vozača i mnogo dobrog i neumornog čoveka i Danijelu koja je uvek nasmejana,vedra i žena "zmaj" nema problema koji ne resavaju ove dva domacina😄Lokacija je odlična,smestaj udoban i prijatan,doručak odličan!Sve u svemu letovanje u ovom mestu uz čika Draga i Danijele je bilo fenomenalno!

Samo pogled. Udobnost kreveta dobra.

Bazeni prljavi. Soba nije ciscena 3 dana. Vlasnik neljubazan, psovao nas je jer je trebao da vrati kusur od 10e. Wi-fi nije dobar u okolini i u apartmanu. Mreza telefonska nije dobra. Parkinga ispred apartmana nije bilo, kola smo parkirali ispod brda.

Einmal und nie wieder werden wir in diesem Appartement übernachten.

Die Lage war sehr schön

Pool waren 3 angegeben waren aber 2. Die Pools waren dreckig Wasser war trüb, mann konnte den Boden gar nicht sehen. Reinigungspersonal hat nur 2 mal in 2 Wochen den Boden gewischt und Badezimmer 1 mal gereinigt. Besitzer wollte sein Geld bar auf die Hand. Auf eine Diskussion liess er sich nicht ein. Obwohl man über Kreditkarte buchen musste, sagte er, er habe kein Gerät und es stehe auf seiner Seite das man nur bar zahlen kann. Kinder durften auch nichts machen nicht in den Pool springen, kein Fussball spielen. Das angepriesene Restaurant mit Bar wae immer geschlossen weil kein Personal.
