Good view, but not good value. The steep road makes it difficult to access the beach & Budva easily.

The view was amazing and the pool was good. The villa is very spacious and there was lots of room for everyone to hang out in for the week we stayed. It was also nice to be able to choose whether to eat inside or outside.

The kitchen and bathrooms are very dated and there is only 1 full fridge freezer, so it was a squeeze with even just the 8 of us, as we were cooking nearly every night. We did not know that the water was not drinkable until we got there which was annoying. Plus getting to the villa requires driving 5 km up a very steep hairpin road, so having to go back down again immediately to get water was frustrating. We were also told not to use the washing machine at first as the water man had not come, which was also annoying. The hosts offered to get us what we needed, but honestly for the price I expected toilet paper, enough towels etc for the week to be there waiting for us. The hosts live there in a flat under the villa and came up a couple of times without calling first, which was not expected.

The views from the villa were perfect. The location was nice and private. Pool was great, no complaints.

It would've been nice if the staff spoke some English but it wasn't that big of a problem. They could've given us some tips for restaurants, bars etc. The door locks were little annoying because they were so many doors with different keys and only one set of each, but again, small things.
