The villa was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views! It waa booked for a party of 7 and the owner showed us around the villa when we arrived, and also shows us how to use the facilities. We loved the pools and also the sauna, as well as the bbq facilities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are multiple shower rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The villa was very clean and well maintained, and we has the best time here. We would definitely come back!
The short road to the villa was a little rocky but it didn't cause any issues!

Host is very friendly! The views are stunning, especially at sunset. Spacious rooms and appreciated the extra towels and linens. It’s a shame we did not go during the right season for the pool.
No extra toilet paper provided, only 1 handwash provided for all toilets and kitchen! Some utensils were unclean and we had to wash again and the AC was confusing at times (1 not working if other is on).

Nuostabi vila su puikiu vaizdu. Tobula švara, geras vilos išplanavimas bei kerintis vaizdas nepalieka abejingų. Šeimininkas Sergėjus davė puikių patarimų: kur skaniai pavalgyti, taxi paslaugų kontaktus bei Juodkalnijos gyvenimo ypatumus, kurie buvo labai naudingi. Sauna ir baseinas pridėjo papildomų balų šiai vilai, tai yra puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis. Kondicionierius veikė puikiai, automobilį buvo galima pastatyti arti gyvenamosios vietos, gyvenant nieko nepritrūko.
Labai sudėtingas privažiavimas, tačiau privatumas ir kerintis vaizdas atpirko šį nepatogumą.

Very nice view of the bay from top hill
Non advisable for bikers as it is very challenging to reach the villa. We had no warm water for a couple of days. The villa is structured in a strange way and not at all warm and welcoming
