The view and the property are both outstanding. Beautiful and peaceful. Beds very comfortable. It's perfect if that's what you are looking for on holiday and we were.

The road to the villas is crazy. But you do get used to it after a while. I think the roads in Montenegro are hectic, and exceptionally busy over the Summer. It's just Montenegro!

It was an amazing stay for our family two adults and two teenagers. The house is brand new and beautifully maintained. Everything felt clean, modern, and well thought-out. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the villa, which made a huge difference. The layout was ideal for us. The parents’ bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, so we had privacy. Each of the kids had a huge room of their own plenty of space to spread out, which teenagers really appreciate. The private pool was a highlight. The water was warm, and the sea view from the villa is stunning. We spent a lot of time outside just enjoying the setting. Highly recommended for a family looking for space, comfort, and a beautiful view. We would stay here again without hesitation.

WiFi was a bit weaker because of the mountain location, but it didn’t take away from the stay.

Non advisable for bikers as it is very challenging to reach the villa. We had no warm water for a couple of days. The villa is structured in a strange way and not at all warm and welcoming
