Very nice view of the bay from top hill

Non advisable for bikers as it is very challenging to reach the villa. We had no warm water for a couple of days. The villa is structured in a strange way and not at all warm and welcoming

Beautiful view and the property was spotlessly clean! The sunsets in the evening were gorgeous and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great having the pool.

Wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. Sergey is an amazing host. All facilities are superb, and the pool is marvelous.

a very nice apartment with good facilities and an outstanding view on the sea. Everything was really comfortable.

Nothing negative, but you have to be in control of your car if you want to get to the apartment. The view from the balcony makes up for it immediately.

Lovely property in an amazing location, accessed by a very steep winding road

Lovely property in an amazing location looking out over the beautiful coast of Montenegro. You can just see the Budva citadel to the north, and the cute island of Sveti Stefan to the south. We were in No 2....spacious open-plan lounge-diner-kitchen area, two good-size en-suite bedrooms, and a big downstairs area with spa/hamman and access out to the little private pool. Outside the lounge is a well-covered patio with a dining table, perfect for mealtimes in the heat of the day. Sergey looks after the place, and the guests, very nicely. It was lovely and clean, with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven/grill/hob/microwave/dishwasher, cooking equipment, lots of cutlery & crockery), washing machine downstairs, drying rack to put outside. Water comes from a stream higher up the mountain so Sergey suggested not ideal to drink from the tap; we boiled it and were fine (not keen on buying bottled water) - in town/cafes the tap water was fine to drink. It is under an hour from the airport at Tivat, about 20min from Budva (busy tourist beaches, beautiful old town and citadel)and about an hour from Kotor (busy but beautiful walled town, big hike up to the old castle very worthwhile).

Not really a dislike...but be aware that the villa complex is nearly 2m up a steep narrow winding road from the main coast road....and when you get to the second 'sunbreeze villas' sign you then have a sharp steep left turn onto an unpaved track that runs past a couple of houses....by which time you are convinced you are not heading in the correct direction...before you come over a little brow to the lovely large flat parking area beside the 6 properties in the row. Our hire SUV managed it ok but it would be very hairy in anything with low ground clearance! Lots of steps - would really not suit a guest with mobility problems.

Good, but won't stay for the 2nd time

The view is incredible, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, you have everything. The villa is big

- there are no shampoo/shower gel - sheet isn't fitted to the bed - pool wasn't operated during our stay - hammam works improperly, even on 90 degrees the benches are cold, that you cannot seat on them. Without those facilities, we could find a better option closer to beach for the same price and do not spend time for 2 km serpentine everyday to get to the villa.

Amazing villa with sea view

The villa is magnificent and the view repays a somewhat complicated road to get there. The last part of the road is unpaved. We stayed in this villa with friends and loved Sergey's helpfulness. The incredible view of the sea and the luxury of having a private pool and spa accessible at any time of the day is something indescribable. We hope to return there soon.

The cleanliness was not perfect. Having the option of having the minimum necessities for guests, such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and a coffee mocha would have been appreciated.

the house was not yet finished in the outside, the location was outside anything, the road to access was tooo bad. Is a pity maybe when they finish it is ok. Is not suitable for a family at all. For a group of friends maybe is amazing.........

Excellent villa in excellent location, managed by excellent host! Beds clean and comfortable, kitchen well equipped and spotlessly clean, pool, sauna and hammam well maintained and easy to operate. The view from the terrace and the pool is worth millions! The villa is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. Host Sergey is the most helpful person, always there to help or answer your question Overall impression - extremely good value for your money and definitely worth coming back!

We are a regular Booking.com travelers and would rate Sunbreeze Deluxe Villa as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. Sergey is the most thoughtful, gracious host. The villa was spotlessly clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The view from the terrace and the pool is worth millions! The villa is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. Finally villa that lives up to expectations and beyond. Stylish beyond belief. It's definitely been one of our favourite holidays so far, and would definitely recommend the villa to others! Thank you for everything!

Passable

The location was terrible, a ‘catastrophe’ as a taxi driver called it. We would spend around €40 every day on taxi rides to and from the villa. One night around midnight, a taxi driver even refused to bring us to the villa due to the bad road. We were left alone with all our bags, a baby stroller and our groceries on an unpaved road without light. On top of everything, some facilities were unavailable, the jacuzzi was out of commission, one of the terrace umbrella was broken and the blindes were hard to use. If that weren’t enough, the house was filled with ants, the wifi was very bad and there was no place provided where we could throw our garbage away anywhere near the villa.

Nuostabi vila su puikiu vaizdu. Tobula švara, geras vilos išplanavimas bei kerintis vaizdas nepalieka abejingų. Šeimininkas Sergėjus davė puikių patarimų: kur skaniai pavalgyti, taxi paslaugų kontaktus bei Juodkalnijos gyvenimo ypatumus, kurie buvo labai naudingi. Sauna ir baseinas pridėjo papildomų balų šiai vilai, tai yra puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis. Kondicionierius veikė puikiai, automobilį buvo galima pastatyti arti gyvenamosios vietos, gyvenant nieko nepritrūko.

Labai sudėtingas privažiavimas, tačiau privatumas ir kerintis vaizdas atpirko šį nepatogumą.

Великолепный вид на акваторию Будвы и остров Свети Стефан. Очень качественная отделка виллы, что удивляет, т.к такие материалы, фаянс и технику очень очень редко используют в арендных виллах. Внутри вилла значительно интереснее, чем снаружи.
