The staff was very kind and respectful.
Aleksey was great and very accommodating. Anytime we had any questions, he made sure we were taken care of right away.

I'm giving my rating of 8. mainly due to the admin Aleksey. He was very kind to helpful with us. He did a registration, supported and guide us with any kind of questions. If not admin, I did not rate such high this accommodation. Location is good, if you want to stay next to shore and local beaches.
There is hotel in same building, if you want meal of fresh coffee, you can use it, which is good. Overall, during few days of holidays there mainly we slept there only, and most of time were outside of accommodation, therefore if I visit again Montenegro better, I will find other place outside of towns, but it works if you drive a car, otherwise location is good. The facilities being used for a while and become fatigue and old. The accommodation needs to be refurbished, the admin helped us and showed us few accommodations on various floors in same building, in one of them AC did not work, other did not meet our expectations. Parking slots were busy, and free parking is fully occupied during day.

- good location, about 10 min from the sea and not crowded
- amazing view from the balcony
- good communication with a host
Overall, by the end of our stay, we get quite used to inconveniences
Apartments were not clean after the previous guests, and we got cleaning in a second day
A lot of things are poorly maintained: sofa is peeling and have scratches, balcony doors broken, random wires are sticking out from walls, wardrobe doors are broken, no shower door so water spashes around bathroom, tea table is broken and fixed with a tape lol
At the start, we have been allocated to apartments without air conditioning. Then there was no water in apartments. We have been put into the apartments with air con afterward, but be aware that you might not be lucky! It was 35+ degrees outside, so it was very hot without air con.
Very loud disco in the nearby hotel till 1am, so it was hard to sleep
Mattresses and pillows are not comfortable
