A real oasis.

A real oasis from the busy coast road and nearby busy town. Very attentive host who spoke very good English, who given notice served lovely evening meals. Breakfast was simple but adequate and served on the outdoor terrace. Very nice pool area, unfortunately surrounded by tiles which are lethal when wet, warning signs are not sufficient, needs urgent attention - we saw one gust have a nasty fall! But all in all a very good base to explore the area.

Tranquil away from the madding crowd

Location tranquil. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The bed was amazing. Quirky. Easy to find with good access.

Shower pressure very low. Pity there was no sea view. Two beaches close by are only available if you are very fit. A lot of steps.

A relaxing, happy and beautiful environment

Warm welcome from the hosts, Sandra and Marco. We were greeted with cold drinks and fresh fruit after a long day of travel and loved dipping into the beautiful pool. The gardens, view of the ocean, serene atmosphere, proximity to beautiful beaches and family ambience made this such a happy place for our family to stay. We didn’t want to leave.

Everything was so thought out, clean and well maintained, there is nothing that we did not like.

Exceptional. Welcoming, warm, relaxing.

We’ve been travelling for 1 year now and this was one of my favourite places that we’ve stayed. The family are lovely! We mostly interacted with the son and mother and they were both so welcoming and kind. We really felt they went over and above with their help and every they gave to us during our stay. The pool is gorgeous!! The beach down the hill is also gorgeous!! Absolutely worth the walk down to this little secret. Water is outrageously gorgeous. Lots of cute kittens - bonus! Highly recommend this as your place to stay.

Hakuna matata

The hosts work with all their heart and soul for the relaxation of their guests. When we arrived, our names were written on a welcome board. The services - breakfast, pool, home-cooked Montenegrin dinner - were first class. The cats were very funny and provided real entertainment for the child. I think we will meet again.

Welcoming Stay with Beautiful Views

We had a very pleasant stay with Sandra and her family. They were friendly and welcoming, and Sandra was especially helpful in giving us advice about the area, which made it easy to plan our activities. The breakfast was nice, and the homemade bread was a lovely touch that we really appreciated. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool, which offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we were happy with the hospitality and amenities provided.

Wonderful stay – exceeded expectations!

Our stay here truly exceeded expectations. The place was lovely, clean, cozy, and had a beautiful swimming pool that we enjoyed a lot. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was simple but very tasty – just what we needed to start the day. One of the highlights for us were the adorable cats around the property – such a lovely touch! We would definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Safe heaven in Montenegro

We had the most wonderful stay. The place is a safe heaven thanks to the kindness of Sandra and her family, the pool, the beach nearby and of course the kittens. If we ever go back to Montenegro, we would definitely stay here again

A real gem, great hospitality!

The hosting family is absolutely fantastic! They really made an effort to make our stay memorable. Sandra was willing to help and guide at any time! Natural ingredients and freshly home made bread and pies, juices and jams at the breakfast were wonderful, also the brekkie varied each morning, which was nice! The house, the pool area and the garden are charming and views stunning. And the tiny, friendly cats, they were an icing of the cake! If you are looking for a place to stay away from the crowrds, look no further!

BEYOND PERFECT

We spend 8 nights at Boutique Home Saltaragazza for our honeymoon and I can easily say that it was our best idea ! Sandra is an incredible host, an even more amazing cook, and she went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. She's kind, gentle, cheerful, available, and thoughtful — everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is comfortable, spotless (you could eat off the floor!), spacious, and well-equipped. The little kitchen has everything you might need, the bathroom too (with hot water), towels are changed every two days, the bed is comfy, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The house is beautiful, full of flowers, and very welcoming. It’s perfectly located — a 10-minute drive from Budva, Sveti Stefan, and Petrovac, 50 minutes from Podgorica and Kotor, and close to restaurants, shops, and gas stations. If you don’t mind stairs, it’s just above a gorgeous beach. The swimming pool (open from 9AM to 7PM) is great, and Sandra provides towels if needed. Breakfast was spot-on every morning — delicious homemade food that changed daily and was always perfect. The 11 cats are absolutely lovely and well-behaved. I couldn't get enough of them and already miss them all. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family — and to anyone reading this review. You can book your stay here with your eyes closed!

This is in NO WAY something I didn't like but if you're allergic to cats or don't like them, maybe this isn't the place for you. They are not invasive and are now allowed inside the appartments, but they are 11 of them in the end.

Everything is perfect The pool with the view to the sea Breakfast even one rainy day we got the breakfast in the room Clean towels every second day and on demand Beach towels available also and pool towels The host very warming Very close to Kotor budva tivat bar we did 8 nights and did even go to ostrog / Biogradska Gora / skadar / lovcen . Sandra is a warm, welcoming and superb host filled with tons of local knowledge for day trips and give you a great idea on what else to do in Montenegro. Tranquility in Montenegro !!!Amazing!!!

The property itself has so much character and Sandra will make sure you have the best stay in Montenegro with all the info needed and recommendations. Her breakfast was something not to be missed. We were excited everyday to try her homemade bread. Best breakfast you could possibly ask for during your stay. The apartment was small and cozy and you have your own terrace. If you are looking for tranquility, this is the place. The place was very clean as well as the pool. Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Montenegro and want to travel around the costal area.

WOW! what a beautiful place. the host Sandra was so lovely and accomodating, and the breakfast and dinners were so delicious! The location was nice and quiet with amazing views of the ocean, and close by to a secluded beach. The pool was an added bonus to relax by in the afternoon

Quiet apartments with beautiful view

If you want to visit the coast, this is the place to be. We loved the view from the terrace of the apartment and from the terrace of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is great. The host Sandra is very charming and very helpful for tips of things to do in the area or in Montenegro. She has maps to hand over. The breakfast is nice on the main terrace. It is extremely quiet (we do not hear any noice from the main road). There is a beach umbrella at disposal and towels for the beach and for the swimming pool. We enjoyed to go by foot to the public beach on the right of the small road where there is a beach restaurant. We also loved the restaurant Casa Mia nearby (by car) with great view and food. The basic pasta that you can order from the host is a nice help if you do not want to go to a restaurant.

Pretty much everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful host, breakfast made with homemade bread and jam. Lovely garden with seaview, quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance to small and very picturesque beach and few restaurants. If you are looking for some peaceful time in small, family run hotel look no further.

You would need your own transport as it's situated few km frome the closest town.

Beautiful house in a wonderful setting

Everything was perfect: the huge apartment, the view, the bed extremely comfy, the host, the breakfast. It's extremely quiet, with a beautiful garden and everything you might need. We would have loved to stay longer.

To find something negative, I'll say the bathroom might need some refurbishing soon and there was no soap/shampoo for the shower.

We had great time and enjoyed our stay at Saltaragazza very much. The breakfasts were great - we particularly loved the coffee, mint juice and cakes served by the owner. The people there are extremely kind - the owner told us interesting stories about Montenegro's history and culture and also gave us advice concerning sightseeing etc. The pool is spotless; the neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet - it's a perfect place to have some rest.

The best place to stay in Montenegro!

Our host Sandra was very helpful with anything we needed and even more:) The atmosphere was amazing, we felt like at home and at the best hotel in one. Beautiful view and garden, delicious breakfests with home - made products like bread, jam, juice, cake, comfortable, big room equipped with antything you could need (beach towels, sun umbrella, wasching machine, cooker with na oven, hair drier) and nice swimming pool with a sun terrace made our holiday best ever. Thank you Sandra and your family!
