It was some problems with the hit water but it is because in the building was no one living and they needed to turn it on again

Very bad experience for a couple that came for a honeymoon!

Breakfast was beyond expected and Mirko was a great host in hotel restaurant. He was always at our service and was giving his best to comfort us. Beachfront was great and near our apartment.

Hotel reception is located in a big white container and it is not noticeable when you arrive. Hotel staff was very rude and approach to our hotel was terrible (see pictures). Ants were all over our apartment, and fridge was working like airplane so at night its hard to sleep. When I contacted hotel they said that parking is available near hotel at a price of 10 euro per day, but once we came guy who owns parking asked 15 euros per day. After a long discussion he let us stay at a price of 10 euro per day. Stairs that you must take to reach your room near beach are devastated, even our friend from another room crashed his back and arm there and left hotel next day with severe pain. They said in hotel that those stairs do not belong to hotel which was a lie!!! My pregnant wife had to call beach guard every 30 min. because hotel has a private beach that is occupied with tourist that come with towels form other places every day during our stay and we were actually on a public beach without privacy. We had multiple complains to hotel manager who did nothing to make things better. We had to call police since our things were missing from our room.

Mirko, the best waiter I had in my life. Realy. Proffesional, humble and funny all in one. Keep up the good work. You cant get any closer to the sea. The lounge bar on the ground floor is amazing.

Exceptional sea view apartment located right on the beach

Amazing location with an exceptional view. Very easy to collect the keys. Host sent me message to check time of my arrival and gave me exact directions. Its right on the beach, not a "few steps" or a "short distance" - it is literally 3 meters from the sea. They give you a sunbed which is reserved for you for the duration of stay. Located at the end of the beach so you have your own quiet little nook on the beach (although its a public beach but its quieter at this location). Unparalleled views for which you'd typically spend a lot more. Parking is paid but you get your reserved fixed spot for the duration of the stay.

Breakfast can be better. You can get it served in your room (while sitting in the beautiful garden with sea view) in the morning. Overall quality of the breakfast was not in line with the great experience we had otherwise.

Briliant location compensates for any disadvantages

The location was briliant - 10 metres from the beach. Wonderful view of the sea and Sveti Stefan. A really nice patio with comfortable sofas and greenery. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. Sunloungers and beach towels included in the price. A shower in the garden. Good wifi.

The studio apartment is actually a double room. Pity the room wasn't cleaned every day or at least every other day.

It was old, dilapidated and not being maintained. False advertising. Were not refunded after having to leave earlier.

Apartment was spacious and clean, the waiter who served breakfast was very polite besides everyone.

The management of the beach was very bad because you can't reserve with any towel (private or hotel towels) because they took away the towel and the worst was that someone stole us the towel and the staff didn't answer and didn't try to find..

This place was beyond amazing. It is right on the water, has own beach area, umbrella's and lounge chairs are included for free, they even give you beach towels, breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spectacular, we got a free upgrade to our delight. The icing on the cake, was Lilly, the receptionist. She was beyond amazing and attends to your every want and need. I can't say enough about our experience there, and as long as we stay in Sveti Stefan this is the only place we will go from now on. A special thanks to Lilly for her hospitality to my daughter.

It is a pity, the Hotel / Appartment was really difficult to find - only with a guide from the Hotel we did find the Appartment !

Hely csodálatos; takarító, "mindenes" ember készséges; a foglalásban rögzítettek nem valósulnak meg.

A szálláshely elhelyezése kiváló, közel a parthoz. Gyönyörű az udvar, a tengerre való rálátás.A reggeli jó volt, de a választékban 80%-ban tojásos készítmények voltak egy héten át.

A szállásadó hozáállása. A férjemmel stúdió apartmant foglaltunk. Egy hálószoba, fürdőszobánk volt. A "konyha" egy vízforraló+kis hűtő a hálószobában, nem igazán értjük az apartman jelleget. A barátaink 6 főre 3 kétágyas szobás apartmant foglaltak. Két szobát kaptak 2-2 ággyal, a kis konyhában(4 főre volt tányér, pohár, utólag pótolták)két kihúzható fotel volt. Nem akarták elfogadni ( a gyerekek közül a legkisebb 13 éves, nem járt semmi kedvezmény), mert nem ez állt a foglalásban, mivel kiszolgáltatott helyzetben van a túrista ilyenkor kénytelenek voltak maradni.

Замечательное расположение, доброжелательный персонал, прекрасная терраса с летней мебелью

Мебель и оснащение ванной комнаты и номера очень старое, если нет желания вкладывать большие ресурсы в полный ремонт, можно было бы обойтись минимальными усилиями - заменить душевую кабину, кровать, одеяла и подушки, тогда отдых был бы более комфортным.

הכול. אין גישה נגישה לדירות, מלא מדרגות לרדת ולעלות. הגענו עם מישהי נכה שעברה תאונה והיא לא יכולה ללכת לדירות. ולכן לא יכולנו להישאר במקום. בעל הבית הצהיר שזה לא מעניין אותו והוא חייב אותנו על 50% מהשהות. למרות שזו לא העונה ואין בכלל ביקוש(לציין שההזמנה בוצעה יום אחד לפני) ולא נגרם לו נזק . לנו נגרמה עוגמת נפש גדולה כאשר משפחה גדולה מחפשת מקום חלופי נגיש בשעות הערב עם אישה נכה וילדים קטנים. לא להתקרב למקום הזה! נוכלים
