Overall, not to be recommended.

Good location, close to a nice beach, which is not overcrowded.

Many "basics" were missing, e.g., there was no towel holder, no toilet paper, no bedside table and bedside lamp. There is not any decoration in the rooms and a very bright light like in a prison cell, so we did not feel comfortable in the apartment and tried to stay there as little as possible.

Conveniently placed but in more natural surroundings

Well located we walked to Sveti Stefan 15 min away while a smaller wilder beach with bar was even closer down the road. My kids enjoyed the pool which was nicely landscaped. lots of wildlife.

Leaky shower Annoying non stop pipe leak extremely loud Not the best welcome, we parked up and was rudely told not allowed to park up. When found out we were staying at this apartment- it was okay. But theres a right way and a wrong way to approach it all.

Perfect location for a quiet holiday! Non touristic beaches at walking distance and building surrounded by nature. Host is super friendly, available and ready to share info about the area. Apartment is great and sunset views are a plus!

We did not mind, but you need to be mindful that a car to go to a supermarket or a restaurant is needed.

Great location, few minutes walk to the beach. Apartment is new and nicely arranged, all kitchen accessories are available.

As the apartments are quite new, there are few details that could be added: towels hangers in bathroom, soap holder in the shower and some floor towel when you get out from shower. It would be good also to have hair dryer and iron and some mop for cleaning water from floors.

Teko nemažai pavaikščioti

Butas tvarkingas ir švarus. Baseinas taip pat tvarkingas, gultai, skėčiai nuo saulės, graži aplinka, kiemas. Pravertė skalbimo mašina. Virtuvėje didelis šaldytuvas su šaldymo kamera. Nesudėtingas privažiavimas nuo pagrindinio kelio, visada yra vieta automobiliui. 2 nedideli paplūdimiai su dušu maždaug 1 km atstumu (Roho beach bei Lokanda).

Nežinau, ar galima tai vadinti apartamentais. Tai vieno kambario (miegamojo) butas ir virtuvėje stovi sofa ( net nežinau ar ji ištraukima, bet jei taip, tada jau liktų labai mažai vietos). Šiaip visa kita dėl pačio buto viskas gerai, tik virtuvėje tikrai jau verkiant reikia naujos keptuvės .... Norit patekti į Sveti Stefaną reikia lipti į kalna, o paskui vėl daug nulipti žemyn. Nėra tiesioginio praėjimo. Taip pat ir į Sveti Stefano paplūdimį... Įmanona praeiti per vandenį iš pležo kur yra Lokanda kavinė. Taip pat nėra padorių maisto prekių parduotuvių šalia....

Très agréable séjour !

Le calme de l’environnement et loin de l’effervescence de Budva. La propreté des lieux (piscine, appartement très bien entretenu). La réactivité de Sergey et ses conseils (restaurants). La proximité de belles plages. Les abords de la piscine dispose de transats ce qu’on ne voit pas sur les photos de booking !

L’exiguïté mais pour le rapport qualité-prix c’est plus que correct. La dimension des draps de lits du lit double (un détail à revoir ;-) )

Idealna lokalizacja, cisza i spokój 😇

- Lokalizacja - blisko do plaży, do Budvy 25 minut samochodem, - Zadbany obiekt zarówno w środku jak i na zewnątrz, - Sympatyczny Pan zajmujący się obiektem.

Będąc w obiekcie na dłużej niż weekend trzeba się zaopatrzyć w dodatkowy papier, worki na śmieci i oczywiście cukier, sól, pieprz… kawa czy herbata.

Aucune denrée alimentaire ou d hygiène (sel, huile, savon, lessive lave linge) Obligation de se rendre à l office du tourisme à 13h le lendemain de notre arrivee pour payer une taxe de séjour, pas pratique et l autre logement au Montenegro ne nous l a pas demandé, bizarre.

Hébergement au top et hôte exceptionnel

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien situé au calme et à seulement 5 min à pied de la première plage. La piscine est très agréable et il y avait d’autres enfants avec lesquels mes enfants ont pu jouer jouer. Un GRAND merci à notre hôte Sergei qui a été génial avec nous pendant tout le voyage. C’est une superbe personne. Il a été disponible, accueillant et très aidant lorsqu’on a eu besoin de lui. Ne change rien!

A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szállás tiszta volt és rendezett. Nyugodt környéken van szép kilátással. Nagyon jó a kikapcsolódásra. A medence nagyon jó volt, ha nem volt kedvünk a tengerhez menni akkor is tudtunk strandolni. Közel van a tenger de vissza felé elég meredek ut vezet vissza. Autóval egyszerűbb a közlekedés.

Отличный вариант для спокойного отдыха. Заезд простой - управляющий ждал нас рядом с апартаментами, всё показал, дал рекомендации по пляжам, покупкам и т.д. Апартаменты отличные - всё чистое, свежее, светлое. Вид на море с террасы был большим плюсом. Понравилась изоляция от других жильцов, во все номера есть отдельные входы с улицы, хорошая звукоизоляция. Все дни пребывания было тихо и спокойно. В комплексе имеется просторный бассейн с видом на море и зона барбекю. В пяти минутах ходьбы есть безлюдный пляж, в 20 минутах - людный)) За продуктами ездили в Будву, так как в минимаркетах по близости был маленький выбор.

Odličan smještaj za izvanredan odmor

Apartman je bio prostran i moderno opremljen sa učinkovitim klima uređajima. Prednost je prostran i uvijek dostupan parking te zajednički bazen za goste objekta sa dovoljno prostranom terasom, ležaljkama i dovoljno hlada ispod maslina kao i suncobrana. Iako se objekt sastoji od više apartmana uvijek je bilo dovoljno mirno i tiho za uživanje u pogledu na more sa balkona. Najbliža plaža je udaljena oko 5 minuta pješice. U blizinu plaže se također može doći i s autom a zatim je potrebna još minuta hoda. Na plaži postoji beach bar gdje se mogu iznajmiti ležaljke, suncobrani, SUP daske kao i kajaci. Najbliža trgovina za namirnice je u obližnjem mjestu Sveti Stefan za što je ipak potreban odlazak s autom. Lokacija je mirna i izvan glavne turističke gužve a opet blizu okolnim mjestima gdje se nudi više zabavnih sadržaja.
