The property is close enough to the beach, about half way up the stairs and close to the stores and most of the cafes.
It has a great Olive Garden in front of it which makes the location even more quiet.
It’s a bit smaller than I expected but the layout is very convenient.

It was like staying at your nan's house - lovely and comforting. All facilities to cook at home if you wanted. Great shower, lovely deck and a 600m walk to the beach (downhill). Host was very accommodating and took us up to the church at the top of the hill and took photos of us overlooking Sveti Stefan. Also, paid him to take us to Podgorica. Gave us tips on where to eat and the food was local and amazing. Had a lovely and relaxing time at this property and sat on the deck overlooking the 300 year old olive trees in the morning.
Always miss a coffee machine - but there was a cafe across the road.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He was at the property when we arrived so he explained us everything. The house is near to the beach, a shop and a restaurant so everything was in the neighbourhood. The parking place was very important to us. It was very hot when we arrived and the watermelon offered to us was delicious.
Everything was very nice.

The flat is new and clean. The owners are very nice and helpful. We could make barbecue and the owners helped us a lot.
The beach is really nearby but coming back you have to walk on the hill.
