Apartment is great and lots of equipment in the kitchen.Near too the beach other activities are far a way in Budva. Quite peaceful and great for families with children. Not for party hungry youth

Paying in cash is a way to avoid paying taxes which will cost a lot more if you have to withdraw cash from ATMs. You will not receive any invoice for the payment. Bad for the state, good for the owners

Good location for the beach, poor access from the road - don’t bring a car unless it’s unavoidable; shocking WiFi/in

Proximity to the beach was very good. Fairly well equipped kitchen. Staff in the agency office who dealt with us were very friendly and helpful.

Apartment building was only accessible via a very long set of steps (over 100) which would make it unsuitable for anyone with reduced mobility or unable to carry their luggage such a distance. External entrance to the apartment building was closed n a very shabby state, a bit like a building site. Noise from the air conditioning unit of the neighbouring apartment was disturbing at night. The Internet/WiFi in the apartment was so bad it might as well have been switched off. Some areas of the apartment (bedrooms, kitchen utensils) were not particularly clean (dirty dishes, hairs in beds). There was only one air conditioning unit to serve the whole apartment which meant that all internal doors had to be left open to gain the benefit, which in turn limited privacy. Despite being assured that public parking was readily available nearby, the reality is that it is horrendous to get parked anywhere near the apartment, parking in Sveti Stefan in the summer is an absolute nightmare!

Superb

Very comfortable and very-very well equipped with everything you may need apartment with large balcony and sea view. The beach is only 50 meters away, and this part of the beach is very quiet (Southern end of the beach, bordered with rocks), which we liked a lot. Owner's representatives were very helpful with all issues and needs. We also liked Sveti Stefan a lot, so had a great vacation there,

You should be prerared that cars can't drive close to this place, and you will need to carry your luggage down and then up a long stairway.

Be aware of the steep stairs that you would need to climb to get to the car if you use it daily. Also the trip with the baggage for check-in and check-out is really heavy, especially in the summer heat.

It was as described and it matched our expectations.

The view is great and the apartment is basically on the beach. We felt like we had enough room for a comfortable stay and all the amenities were fully functional. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you might need even for a long-term stay. Spacious terrasse is great to set up as an outside dining area. Also, there are quite a few restaurants close by in case you wish to eat outside. The location offers a chance for a great walk down the coast all the way to Milocer, so there are things to do with kids as well.

Very close to the sea, cheap for this place and modern Apartments. There were all necessary appliances and even more. Good view from the terrace.

Not pretty building with crowds of neighbors around drinking and laughing at nights. There is only one air conditioning, so sleeping in bedrooms is not a dream in hot weather. Strange Levantine's agency staff to cover the apartments. We waited 10 minutes when arrived and listened to her while she was speaking on the phone on her own business. The host lives not in the village but very responsive and interested in your problems in contrast with agency's employee. Not good Wi-Fi

I liked the apartment im general. It's comfortable and very close to the beach. The view is very nice, as well.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom wasn't set up well. Whenever we would flush the toilet, the water wouldn't stop running. Also, the handle on the shower was broken.

Cisto, uredno, prostrano, poseduje ves masinu, masinu za pranje posudja, peglu za ves, fen, kafe aparat…

Jedina mana je sto je plaza stenovita pa se mora malo prosetati do lepseg mesta ali ukoliko nemate devu i ova ce vam odgovarati jer je dole prirodna hladovina i cesto smo tu bili sami..

Blizu plaze - Sjajan pogled

Apartman je prostoran i opremljen za sve sto je potrebno za odmor. Blizu je mora pa nam je bilo pogodno da brzo sidjemo do plaze.

Nije moguce prici kolima do apartmana, ali razumljivo jer se nalazi na prvoj liniji do mora
