We hired 4 Villas for 22 people and they all enjoyed their time and the villas were big enough for evening get-togethers

New, comfortable. Pool was good. Available management. Views spectacular. Safe. Child friendly. Parking.

Too far away from anything, some of the household items seemed cheap and put together poorly. Ie sink taps broken, shower doors came off hinges too easily. Wasp nests in children’s play area and it wasn’t dealt with after reporting it. Extractor fan wasn’t connected or plumbed in.

Everything was extremely clean and with only 2 years nearly brandnew. Very spacious layout: master bedroom with master bathroom downstairs, next to open kitchen, living room and additional bath. Upstairs 2 bigger rooms with 2 beds each, sharing a nice and big bathroom and some useful roof terrace. One evening we had a problem with an upstairs window not closing correctly. A few minutes after the text message the house keeper arrived and fixed the problem temporary - the next day the „window master“ showed up and repaired to our full satisfaction. THIS is how good service should look like. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - and oh - did I mention the huge fruit basket upon arrival….?

Just amazing!

Great location up in the hills with an amazing view. Our Villa 14 was perfect for us six people who were travelling together. Everything was really top in the house and no noises during the evenings. The house had a barbecue and long table outside for 8 people to have a dinner. The pool is perfect when it comes to cool or after a hot day. Will definite coming back again.

Could have a bigger supermarket closer by. We did have a car so that was not a problem.

All in all a good place to stay. Great location and very spacious living space and rooms.

Tina, the host was excellent. She ordered us a takeaway when we got in late and answered any questions very quickly. She went above and beyond in helping with an incident we had with the car. The location is good for exploring local beaches. There must be over 10 beaches within 15 minutes drive. You do need a car like all the other reviews say. The pool was good and empty most of the time.

We did have a problem with the water that caused issues for a couple of days. The water for the property would go off completely for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Although the property tried to resolve they could not find the problem which resolved itself within 2 days. No one else has mentioned this so it is hopefully a one off issue. The bbq that was listed as part of the property wasn't really accessible as it was outside the property below.

Stunning villa with amazing views

The villa was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Although we hadn't booked a private pool we were lucky enough to be in Villa 1 which meant we were right next to the communal pool.

There was nothing not to like as everything was overcome but as feedback: - Let's guests know that water may stop occasionally so it's not a surprise. - Provide enough swimming towels for all guests (we had brought our own luckily) it would save the white towels being spoilt. - Provide enough dishwasher tablets for all days. - Provide some written info e.g where are the bins, what hours is the shop open at the bottom of the hill, nearest supermarket and good restaurants. - Oven trays and sharp knives etc are needed in the kitchen so people can self cater.

A gorgeous villa in the mountains

Spacious villa with lots of outdoor space (terrace and ground floor). Fantastic views and a great shared pool which was (in our case) right next door! Tina was so helpful and easy to contact- a fantastic host!

Nothing really! A perfect holiday property! Maybe to make the villa even better there could be a little more kitchen ware such as cereal bowls and a grater. But Tina was very quick to help with anything we needed!

Superb

The views were absolutely amazing and the villa was stunning and very clean. The furnishings were modern and simple.

Some minor things didn't initially work like some of the air con, and a curtain rail broken but Tina the property manager was fantastic as getting all of this fixed. More kitchen utensils and crockery would have been better.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

The most uncomfortable villa we've ever stayed and we travel a lot!

The beach, bars and restaurants were too far The pool was disgusting and dangerous at the edges, the filter didn't work and the lights either We couldn't sleep because of the insects everywhere and the air conditioning didn't work The kitchen wasn't equipped with a toaster there were just a few glasses and 1 knife The stairs were the most uncomfortable I've ever seen and dangerous The yard was dirty and uncomfortable and there was not a shower or a standpipe to refresh from the hot weather The parking had no security cameras and was not private but in common with other residents and the most annoying thing was that there was no shade Not recommend it at all!!!

Wonderful place to stay with a family.

We stayed in villa #14, a large villa with a swimming pool. The house was gorgeous, modern, clean and well kept. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms were large and very comfortable and the house was well equipped. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the swimming pool due to the cold weather.

A couple of (very) minor gripes. The property is gated but the guy who is supposed to man the gate wasn't there early in the morning or late or night, so we had to call their office representative (Tina) who was very helpful and responsive to find him. There are lots of steps to climb to get from the carpark to the villa. You can't see Stefan Sveti from the villa or balcony so some of the property pictures are slightly misleading. Still, the view is terrific.

Amazing view

Really impressive view. Clean and comfortable house. Well equipped kitchen. Built-in bbq outside. Very helpful and responsive staff. They even do cleaning occasionally so it feels almost like a hotel.

It might be a bit windy sometimes. There was ongoing construction work not far from our building.

Amazing villa and incredible host!!

Absolutely loved everything about the villa. You can tell it’s extremely new. It’s very modern, well lit and spacious. Tina (the host) was beyond helpful! She gave us great tips, got us in contact with everything we needed. The venue was clean and when we needed extra things like detergent or something she was extremely fast and willing to bring it. I would strongly recommend this venue especially if you’re a bit group and want to stay together. The neighborhood was central to accessing the north and the south and still be 25 mins away from Budva. It was the perfect location for us to discover the beautiful Montenegro for the first time. Incredible service and venue. Strongly recommend.

Вид фантастический, на вилле было очень чисто, в доме тепло, вся мебель новая, персонал был очень вежливый и помогал нам во всем.

Бойлер очень маленький, воды не хватало на 6 человек, приходилось ждать, очень неудобно. В санузлах пахло канализацией. Из-за дождя в доме кое-где протек потолок.
