Sveti Stefan Beach Apartment

Location was the best thing about the property. The view from the balcony made up for everything. It was spacious and very clean.

The booking was made for 8 people. Even though the parking was included in the price, they only had parking for one small car. Not sure how they calculated that 8 people would fit in one small car. We had to pay 20 euros per day for the second car. The house could use some upgrading especially the toilet seat in the master bedroom which could not stay up. The bathtubs were very high. We had two older ladies with us, which made it very challenging when going in and out of the tub.

The GPS coordinates on the location of the apartment led us to the wrong location, so they need to be slightly adjusted. It led us to a property about a block higher than actual location.

Spacious beach apartment with stunning beach views Very large apartment on the fifth floor of a building that sits right on the Sveti Stefan beach. The beach is breathtaking in its beauty and can be seen from every balcony and window. Sveti Stefan is the most beautiful beach in the Budva area, and nearby are small coves that resemble paradise. The apartment itself is very spacious, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, towels and cosy linens, and clean. A fully equipped kitchen for cooking, but no basic ingredients at all.

The building in general and the apartment in particular are not maintained; there is a lot of potential, but renovation and renewal are required. The design and furniture are quite simple, inexpensive, and lack uniqueness.

Apartament wymaga wielu drobnych napraw, nie wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach. Meble tarasowe są bardzo zniszczone. Ściany wymagają malowania. W łazience źle dobrana i uszkodzona klapa sedesowa. Zmywarka brudna w środku. W czajniku nalany był odkamieniacz, nie był wypłukany. Opinia blisko 9 za tą cenę jest mocno wygórowana.
