maybe it would be great idea that all area of the apartments becomes smoking free, for guests to enjoy fresh air of the sea and scent of the green area nearby

Great value apartment close to beach. Although a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The ladies looked after us perfectly!

The apartment was not cleaned properly. Wifi Internet was slow, disconnecting and not functioning half of the time, and there was no network coverage to even use my roaming data. No parking spots, you have to pay a private parking space 15 euros a day.

I paid for a 55 m2 apartment and because of some issue they gave me a a smaller studio for one night and an even smaller room for other night . After i complained they still charged as if i was in the big apartment. Even though the smaller rooms are half the price.

Superb

This was a great choice for us. Not very far from the beach & a few nice restaurants. Sveti Stefan is set on a steep hill so a trip to the beach could have meant many steps to get home! At Sun Rose Apartments we didn’t have that problem. We particularly liked the excellent, warm service from Jovana (reception) who couldn’t have been more helpful during our whole stay & not forgetting Suzana who kept our room immaculate. A most relaxing, enjoyable 3 nights here.

It was difficult to find, particularly when one has come off the bus at the very top of Sveti Stefan with a lot of luggage! It would have been good to receive some specific instructions as to how to get there on foot!

La ubicación está muy a gusto, caminas a la playa o a cafés, restaurantes, parques ... Y la terracita tiene una vista muy linda.

Algunas cosas en el depa, como en la regadera, estaban un poco descuidadas. No estaba rechinante como muchos lugares, también nos tocó subir escaleras con las maletas (no hay elevador), pero eso no quitó que estuviera a gusto nuestra estancia.

Керівник дуже привітна, турботлива, позичила нам парасольку для пляжу, фен. Була сушарка для білизни. Достатньо простору в номері. Кондіціонер, холодильник, чайник, посудомийка, мікрохвильовка, весь необхідний посуд з сковорідками та кастрюлями, були навіть 2 турки для кави. Посуд, холодильник, мікрохвильовка і тд були чистими. Ми дали паспорти, щоб вона вирішила питання з туристичним збором і без проблем повернула назад. Паспорти зберігались у сейфі, тож жодних проблем з цим не було. Територія комплексу досить велика і вся в зелені.Розташування не біля дороги, недалеко від пляжу. Відносно близько до магазину і закладів. Рушники мінялись спочатку кожен день, а потім чогось перестали... З деяких номерів був неймовірний краєвид

Чистота. В номері не було прибрано взагалі. Як на мене це єдиний суттєвий мінус. Так, це досить бюджетний варіант, тож жодних дорікань до меблів чи чогось ще, що не впливає на функціональність. Ліжко для мене було ок, для дружини не дуже. Постіль не мінялась за 6 днів жодного разу. Рушники спочатку міняли кожного дня, але за 2 дні до виїзду перестали, чого так - не знаю

Близько до моря, привітний та готовий допомогти персонал, гарний вид з чудовою терасою. Все потрібне в наявності. Щоденне прибирання.

Відсутність безкоштовного прання(коштує 2€ цикл, без сушарки) Відсутність паркінгу, але це скоріш факт із-за розташування готелю, ніж недолік.

К сожалению у них нет парковки и парковаться в Свети Степане в августе - очень тяжело. И ещё думаю, что квартира могла быть чище

Na terasi s pogledom na morje, sončni vzhod = nebesa.

Lokacija fenomenalna, sončni vzhod in zahod na Sv.Stefanu nekaj najlepšega. Postelje udobne, spalnica čista, gostiteljica prijazna.

Internet deluje zelo slabo, kopalnica in kuhinja nista ravno na nivoju očiščeni, voda ni tekla iz kuhinje normalno.
