Worth it for the price, a unique experience and amazing amazing hospitality from the staff and the owner herself!!

It’s such a good distance from budva, kotor and Podgorica. We were able to cover everything within 2 hours from both ends as sveti stefan is in the centre. And ofcourse the unreal view!!

There is no lift to the apartments on the first floor so baggage had to be carried up and down.

Beautiful apartment, brand new condition. Pool and patio are were lovely with a stunning view.

Located at the top of a very windy and precarious hill - takes a good 5-10 minutes to get to any shops / amenities. So a car is needed.

We were asked to pay in cash for our stay, which was a little inconvenient. Knowing this in advance would have been helpful Breakfast was too expensive, so only had it once.

Very nice view and pool

- We booked this place as it states it's an apartment to have access to facilities such as the kitchen. When we arrived we realized there was almost nothing to actually cook and were told that the kitchen was not to be used for actual cooking but rather to make tea. This was a big disappointment. - There is a coffee machine in the apartment but to use it you need to buy special pods that can only found in the hotel at the price of one euro each. Would have been nicer to simply have a simple machine (like a nespresso) but it felt like the owners want guests to use the restaurant or pay for coffee pods. - We were informed only the day before the departure that payment had to be made in cash which was tricky as we spent 5 nights and had to withdraw money in a hurry paying important bank fees in the process. - the location itself has a great view but is quite far away from attractions

The view cannot be described by photos, in reality it is even more amazing. Rest, quiet and natural beauty. The hotel is small and nice, has only 4 rooms.

Because the refrigeration system was on, the bathroom floor was very cold and had condensation. The foor was very wet and slippery. It was uncomfortable, but later the staff apologized. It is not possible to pay by bank card.

Maravilloso

Quercus Residence es un lugar espectacular. Los apartamentos son amplios, modernos y están decorados con muchísimo gusto. Al haber solo 4 apartamentos se siente muy exclusivo y tranquilo, ideal para relajarse. Las vistas desde la piscina y los balcones son increíbles, la mejor puesta de sol de mi vida. El lugar es ideal para escapar del estrés de Budva. Además, desde aquí se llega a las mejores playas de la costa. El personal es encantador y siempre atento. Estaba todo muy limpio. Tienen un pequeño restaurante que por encargo te hacen desayuno (un poco caro en mi opinión 15€/persona), comida o cena. Una experiencia 100% recomendable.

Tolles kleines Appartementhaus mit schöner Aussicht für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Mit einfachen Mitteln könnte es noch besse

Toller Pool, super Aussicht! Zimmer neu und schön eingerichtet.

Das Appartement wird inkl. Küchenzeile (lt. Inserat ausdrücklich zum Kochen) angeboten. Es gibt keine Kochutensilien und es wird auch nicht gewünscht, dass man kocht, braten darf man gar nicht. Weiß nicht warum man dann Herd und Backofen anbietet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber wir mussten nach Handtüchern, Duschgel….fragen. Es hing Kleidung vom Vormieter? im Schrank. Solche Dinge sollten halt einfach vorher kontrolliert werden. Wir mussten immer wieder jemanden suchen, was nicht so einfach war. Im Übrigen sollten, wenn ein Appartement an 4 Personen vermietet wird, auch 4 Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon vorhanden sein. Wir hatten Tisch und 2 Stühle am Wohnzimmerbalkon, der Schlafzimmerbalkon war leer. Man braucht einen Code um ins Haus zu kommen. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn man uns diesen mitgeteilt hätte. Frühstück wird angeboten, ist aber mit 15€ pro Person auch ziemlich teuer..

Podobało Nam się dosłownie wszystko. Spędziliśmy uroczy czas. Widok zapiera dech. Gospodarze są przemili i pomocni. Jest czysto wygodnie a cena niezwykle przystępna. Turbo relaks :)
