Loved the view - coffee with sunset was fab Excellent comms and engagement with the owner who gave some local tips Kitchen is outside on the balcony perfect for making a coffee and sitting out on the balcony which I loved as it reminded me of island life. Place is spotless Parking is easy and free

Welcoming and homely

It was a lovely relaxing place. The pool area is lovely and the hosts are excellent. We felt very welcome. It was my birthday when we were there and the hosts gave me a bottle of wine. So kind.

There is one restaurant that you can walk to and a small pebbly beach is ten minutes steep walk away. Otherwise, we had to rely on our car, which might not suit everyone.

A little slice of heaven!

The view from our terrace was simply stunning. The hosts were incredibly friendly. Short walk down hill to a tiny beach with a little beach bar for a cold beer and fresh seafood (steep walk back though!). Other beautiful beaches a short drive away. Went to Petrovac itself a couple of nights for dinner and a walk along the the port. Swimming pool was well-used by our three kids. Just the perfect, chilled holiday.

Hospitality of the owners is outstanding. The apartment had everything that we needed, was clean and had nice balcony with sea view. The small beach with clean and warm water in Rezevici is cca 200m away. Towns of Petrovac and Budva, as well many beautiful beaches are very close. Had a great stay!

Recommendation to everyone!

Everything was fine, even more than this. More than we expected. Our host was very hospitable man, who was available for everything we have needed. Apartments are clean, equipped with all necessities for vacation. Accommodation had proper, relatively large balcony with astonishing view! Apartments have shared pool with sun loungers for every guest. Excellent, moreover, remarkable value for given money. Would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Beautiful views and very comfortable apartment

Large very comfortable apartment with amazing views over the ocean. Good WiFi, TV, and the kitchen was well equipped. The Aircon was brilliant, and much needed in August! The pool is lovely, and the apartments are surrounded with plants, and everything is maintained very well. Djordje and his mum were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. In particular Djordje went out of his way to help us to sort out the papers for transporting our dog back into the EU, offering to come to the vet with us, and then arranging for us to meet with the vet inspector at the border to deal with the paperwork. We couldn't have sorted it without him! We were here a month and felt very much at home.

A pretty steep hill to the beach, and nowhere really to walk our dog - but this is location rather than the accommodation.

Good location near the small, charming beach. Close to the local shop (200 m). Attractive places to visit arround by car (it is necessary condition). The room was clean with beatiful view from the balcony. And last but not least - hosts are welcoming, helpful and have a really great attitude towards guests.

Traumhafte Erholung

Traumhafter Ausblick von der Terrasse. Ruhiger Ort um sich zu erholen. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden in der Nähe, wo man sich mit dem nötigsten eindecken kann. Die Preise sind OK. Vom Lärm der Straße kriegt man kaum was mir. Abends lässt der Verkehr nach. Ich komme gerne wieder. Zwei gute und ein passables Restaurant in der Nähe.

Mann sollte schon einen Wagen haben. Die Magistrale, die am Ort vorbei führt ist stark befahren und kurvig. Es gibt kaum einen Seitenstreifen auf dem man laufen kann. Das Restaurant oberhalb des Ortes ist sehr schön, aber die 300 m sollten mit einem Wagen zurück gelegt werden, der Weg, insbesondere Abends kann gefährlich sein.

Obiekt z najpiękniejszym zachodem słońca!

W obiekcie najbardziej skradł Nam serce widok na zachód słońca. Zachód można oglądać z poziomu apartamentowego tarasu, piętra ogólnodostępnego przy basenie oraz wisienki na torcie, czyli najwyżej położnego tarasu ogólnodostępnego. Parking na bodajże 7/8 miejsc parkingowych, najbliższy lokalny sklepik tuż za rogiem obiektu, do marketu jeździliśmy blisko Sutomore +/-15 min. Po drugiej strony ulicy od obiektu restauracja, a schodząc na dół na piechotę skromna plaża z leżakami i beach barem. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, dał wskazówki co do podróżowania. Na miejscu spotkaliśmy również przemiłą mamę właściciela i jej owczarka. Co 2/3 dni dostawaliśmy nowe ręczniki i papier toaletowy. We wrześniu trafiliśmy na piękną, słoneczną, pogodę i ten miesiąc polecamy na wypoczynek, bo obłożenie obiektu jest dużo mniejsze niż w sezonie. W apartamencie jest dostępny mały aneks kuchenny na tzw. „ganku”, ale przed użytkowaniem warto zaopatrzyć się w ręcznik papierowy, przyprawy i kawę/herbatę, ponieważ tego w ofercie nie ma. Dobra baza wypadowa, dystans do najpopularniejszych miejsc około 20min-1h autem. Jeżeli szukasz obiektu z dala od tłumu, serdecznie polecamy!

Jedyne na co mogłabym zwrócić uwagę, to zbyt wysokie i miękkie łóżko oraz czasem pojawiał się specyficzny zapach kanalizacji z łazienki.

Apartamento correcto con vistas increíbles

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las instalaciones ya que la zona es ajardinada, con piscina, hamacas, tiene barbacoa..también las vistas que son impresionantes. Tiene parking propio y nos facilitó mucho las cosas. También tiene una playa pequeña muy cerca. La comunicación con el propietario fue fluida y atenta.

El apartamento que teníamos necesita algo de renovación ya que se ve anticuado. El baño tiene cosas que arreglar, por otro lado, nos dieron toallas limpias a diario y nos sentimos atendidos.
