Şartlarda belirtilen çay/kahve makinası yoktu.Ayrıca daire tam olarak kurulmamış.Fırın var ama bağlantısı yoktu.Çalışmıyordu.Girişteki dolap sabitlenmemiş az kalsın devriliyordu.Sıvı sabun konmuş ama yetersizdi.Kahve makinesi ile birlikte istedik ama temin edilemedi.Dairenin bazı donanımları eksikti. Ayrıca çöp konteynırlarına yakın olduğundan çöp kamyonu gelince sabahları koku ve gürültü oluyordu.Caddede olmasından dolayı araba sesi geliyordu.Kafa dinlemek için değil ama etrafa ulaşmak için iyi bir lokasyonda.
